Part I - Hot Snow Storm

It was a harsh, cold evening. Sophie sat sweating in the snow as it boils her skin.

"I'm not going to make it." Sophie whispers under her breath. She was boiling to death in the harsh snow storm. She had gotten herself lost in the forest and broken her leg. She then fell down a small hill, slowly getting buried in the falling snow.

Jesse was returning from a long day at the press. He crosses his arms to keep warmth as he made his way through the snowy forest. Suddenly, he hears a slight mumble in the snow. Tired and cold, he looked down, expecting to see nothing, thinking it was just his imagination. He thought wrong. There she lay, dying in the snow.

"Oh my god! Are you alright?" Jesse asked in a concerned tone.

"I'm dying the snow is boiling..." Sophie whispered. Jesse knew what to do. With all his strength, he picked up Sophie and carried her. He was no longer going in the direction he was before. He trudged through the snow, retracing his steps. Finally he reached his destination. A wide, frozen lake, with thin ice too. He got some momentum and swung Sophie into the lake. The ice cracked at the impact of her landing on it and she soon sunk under. After a while she swam up to the top, no longer boiling, but now normal temperature.

"I'm alive!" Sophie exclaimed as Jesse grabbed her hand and pulled her out the lake. "All thanks to you~."

Jesse noticed the squiggly line and assumed she was flirting. He was right. "Wait... aren't you dating Shoe?" He questioned curiously.

"Not anymore." She frowned. "He hasn't replied to my last text. It's been four days. Four days!!"

"That's not that lo-" he was cut off by her lips touching his cheek.

"Thanks for saving me, my hero~!" Sophie said before she walked off around the lake.
