Chiaki x Reader [Fluff]

You were walking down the halls with your best friend, Chiaki Nanami. She was playing her Nintendo, and you could hear the noises coming from it.

"Have you beat the game yet?" you asked, turning to her. Chiaki barley raised her head up.

"I'm almost there," she said, her voice soft, and she turned back to her game.

You huffed. Deep in your heart, you were in love with your best friend, and wanted her to pay attention to you instead of those video games.

"Hey, Y/N, are you okay?" Chiaki suddenly asked. You nodded, smiling a little at her. She smiled back, before putting up her Nintendo.

"Erm, hey Chiaki, would it be okay if you came over to my house today?" you questioned, a faint blush on your cheeks.

"Sure, Y/N," she answered with a yawn, and you smiled brightly.

"Thanks, see you then!".

After school, Chiaki was in your bedroom, sitting on the floor.

"What did you need me for?" she asked, glancing over at you.

"W- well...I just wanted to tell you...". You sigh, before looking her in the eyes.

"I think I have a crush on you."

Chiaki looked startled, but she was blushing.

"I- I have a crush on you too, Y/N."

You let out a happy cheer and hugged her close. She hugged back, kissing your cheek softly.

Later that night, you leaned your head against her shoulder, while battling her in Mario Cart. And she actually let you win.
