15. Did she change

As everyone was getting ready to cook out of nowhere it started raining heavily.
"Oh it's raining hard. Good thing you didn't go or else you'll definitely be caught in this y/n" j-hope oppa says thankful that you were here. You were so touched that they still cared about you after what you did. You were watching the city bellow since the new dorm was in a higher building than before and hundred times better and bigger. The rain reminded you of the day when you were with Yoongi in the car. Now you look back and smile at those memories.
Suddenly it started lightning and the power went out and the whole city turned dark.
"Ohh..... hyung what do we do now.. we can't possibly have steak now... it's dark too. It's no fun" Jimin says disappointed.
"Yeah...... No steak then let's have some instant noodles since that's all left" Jin finally says.
"Taehyung ah get the candle holders and jungkookah find some candles in the lower cupboard" hobi oppa says searching for a match box. Meanwhile Namjoon oppa and Yoongi were holding flashlights from their phones. I was just looking out of the window as the lightning flashes by. I was lost in thought.
"Boo..." my thoughts were broken as I had been scared by V oppa's sudden appearance that I completely fell on the floor frightened.
"Ahhhhhhhh....." I screamed.
Everyone came running to see what was happening. They could see was that I was on the floor scared and taehyung oppa who was now shocked that his joke had gone too far.
"Oh God Y/n you okay right!!!" Jungkookie says reaching out his hand and I got up. "Hyung that was not funny Y/n really got scared"
"No I was just shaken that's all I wasn't scared" I said shamed to admit that I was scared and disappointed that they still think I'm a kid.
"Yeah that high pitched scream really looked like of a person who is a little shaken. Wow just shaken right no bones fallen??" Yoongi says smirking. God this man never changed. He's having a great time with my uneasiness
"Well I see that you are still the same savage sour as always. Still can't live up to your stage name." I said sarcastically.
"I'm perfectly capable of doing so thank you very much. But you .. why are you dressed in black like a nun" he says looked at my black dress.
I brushed off my dress."Well do you really want to know the reason??" I asked walking towards him smirking. I could tell that he was startled for a second but he hid it at once.
"Yeah I'm curious didn't you like to wear pink" he says sarcastically looking like he was remembering the past.
I got even closer and stood and inch away from him "well you see I was just gonna say to look professional but now it's just to remind you I'm already dressed for your funeral if you messed with me " I said giving a smile pretending to brush something on his hoodie and I turned and walked away leaving him speechless.
"Jin oppa I'm hungry is it ready"
"Ah.... Yeah Y/n come on everyone let's eat now" Jin answered from the kitchen.
I walked towards that leaving the rest of the four there.
"Yaaa...... Y/n really made someone like Yoongi speechless huh. I'd never thought I'd get to see that day " I heard v oppa saying. I smiled to myself. I'm stronger than before. I can stand on my own now.
Finally all of us gathered Yoongi was silent and sat far away from me. I sat between jin oppa and my brother with Jungkookie in front of me. We ate with help of the lights from the candles.
"So y/n how way the life abroad" my brother asks as we eat the noodles.
"It was okay" I answered shortly.
"How was your studies. I think you'd have done great right " Namjoon oppa asks curiously wanting to know.
"It was okay I guess"
"Woah y/n your answers are too short" Jungkookie says laughing.
"It's like how I used to answer when Jin hyung asks me about school back then"
"I remember ...... You were a little brat those days... Anyway Y/n how come you become a vice president of your company as soon as you come here. Shouldn't you be a intern first to experience the company's way" Jin asks stopping in the middle of his eating.
"Oh that I was already working part-time at a company before coming here so I had no problem being a vice president but I wanted to be president but they say I'm too young for that." I said madly poking my chopsticks in the bowl out of anger.
"Yaaa.... don't get mad with the food, at least what they said is right, you're still young. At this age you should enjoy your life not be a workaholic "
"Enough enough I can't take all this business talk I'm going to sleep " Yoongi stands up irritated and goes away shining the flash light and into the darkness.
"It's been years he still hates " Namjoon oppa says signing. I looked at them questionably"why???"
"We'll you see y/n he comes from a business family like you and jimin except he's the second and the youngest one. His family all talk about is business so I guess he hates it" j-hope oppa explains.
The lights came back on but it was pouring outside. I got up.
"Oppa I'm tired can you show me where I sleep" I said walking towards my brother.
"Oh sure we have a guest room made just for you " he said showing me my room. It was so comfy expect for the fact that it was pink colour inside.
"We have some nightdresses and some hoodies and some clothes for you here." He said showing a closet filled with outfits.
"You can stay here for long as you like it was already made for you to stay when you come." He says excitingly.
"I see thanks but I have a small problem" I said.
"What kind of problem"
"Well will it be okay if I bring my car too. I need it to go to the company everyday "L
"Oh no problem...... Wait..you have a car already??"
"Just a small one.. no problem right"
"Not at all this is your place now. Then I'm going okay. I'm sorry to raise my voice to you. But I'm really happy to see you again."saying so he left.
I went to take a shower and I was showering I thought about the things I said before I really hated bragging so I kept it simple as I could but I'm afraid if somehow they got to know but they would not believe since they consider as the me y/n as the one five years ago. I dressed up and fell into the bed and hugged the pillow curling myself like I always do as a habit.

"Something up with Y/n " Jungkook says as y/n and jimin leaves the table.
"You felt that too, it's like she's hiding something" j-hope says thinking hard.
"She looked as if she really don't want to talk about her during abroad. I could feel that when she was giving short answers." Namjoon says disappointingly.
"Maybe it must have been hard for her let's not pressure her hyung" V suggested thinking. "But I think her personality is not changed" says smiling.
"Taehyungah what are you saying she has changed so mush. She was not as cute and active as before. From all I know she would usually beg jimin to forgive her and pout but she just apologized emotionlessly." Jin says remembering how y/n was acting.
"I agree hyung" says jimin from behind and he sits down.
"When I was angry and screaming at her she didn't even budge. She didn't even act wholeheartedly. "
"Maybe just because she had been around in the business for a long time she might have changed to ajust to it. So right now it's already engraved on to her, but that doesn't mean she's changed right." J-hope adds to the positive side.
"Hobi hyung is right I mean the way she was scared and how she argued with Yoongi it's still her from five years ago. So I don't think she's changed that much. I mean don't we all have our own personalities as idols" V adds.
"I just hope you are right" jimin says relieved
