Blue's pov
Blossom was sleeping in her bed, Dust was on the couch, watching something. "Hey Dusty, should we take Blossom to a daycare?" I ask cutting up shrimp, Blossom is old enough, and we need sometime alone, to bond and have a small break.
"Why?" Dust asks.
"Because, Blossom is old enough, we need some alone time, we can't teach her everything, I think she's behaved enough to not cause trouble, and she needs social skills!" I say happily, Dust nods, then pats a spot on the couch next to him. I walk over to Dust and sit next to him. I rest my head on his shoulder and sigh.
"Blue you know I love you right?" I nod. Dust rubs me back, and we stay like this for awhile. Then I heard Blossom crying. I got up and ran to her room, she was on the floor, not in her bed. I pick her up, and start calming her down. She clings onto me.
"Blossom what's wrong baby?" I ask sitting on her bed and rocking her.
"Mama boo! I had a bad dream that papa hurt s-someone! A-A-And!" Blossom proceeded to cry even harder.
"DUSTY! COME HERE RIGHT NOW!" I yell, holding Blossom close. Dust comes in running looking worried.
"What's wrong?" Dust ask sitting next to me.
"Blossom, tell papa what your nightmare was about." I say calmly petting her head.
Blossom tried to explain, looking at Dust. Dust reached for Blossom with a soft smile, Blossom hugged Dust as he calms her down.
"Oh, Blossom it was just a nightmare. It isn't real, sweetie, calm down." Dust says softly Blossom nods and calms down. We still don't know what this nightmare was about. I sigh and kiss Dust on cheek, he smiles.
"So daycare or no?" I ask, Dust nods.
"Yeah, daycare."
-time skip, they take Blossom to a daycare, but I want to finish the chapter so yeah-
It feels kinda weird to not do anything, Dust was sitting on the couch, fiddling with something. I take a deep breath and sit on his lap. He blushes and smirks. "What's this Baby Blue?" I look the other way blushing.
"N-nothing... you know I love you right?" Dust nods.
"And you know I love you?" I nod, and kiss him. He kisses back and we stay like that. He separates and I giggle.
"When can we go back to school?" I ask, Dust's whole mood changes.
"You're not going back outside. You're staying with me forever, the only times you go outside is if I allow you." I look at him confused, but nod. He smiles and kisses me on my head.
"I'm glad you understand, it would, suck if you broke a rule" I looked at him even more confused, I don't understand what he means...
"Okay? You're confusing me.." I pause then think of something. "Can we visit someone tomorrow?"
"Sure, who?"
"Ink?"
