Ch.28

Y/N POV

Everyone was upset because it was the last day of the staycation. We'd already finished our meal and were getting ready to leave. We had our first activity the day prior, which was a scavenger hunt. Then we all did our own thing during free time. My friend group and I went for a walk, and then we collected items for our campfire as our second activity. We sang, roasted marshmallows, and told spooky stories around our bonfire. At 2 a.m., we were all fast asleep. As a result, everyone's eyes were puffy when they awoke. Young-mi interrupted my thought with, "Are you ready to go?" I nod and turn to her. We both pack our belongings and head out the door to meet up with the others and enjoy lunch. Young-Mi and I placed our belongings next to the table where the boys placed theirs. After that, we join them in queue for food. I skipped lunch because I wasn't hungry. "Are you not going to eat, baby?" Namjoon inquired. No, I said with a shake of my head. "You have to eat something," Namjoon replied. I whispered, "No, I'm good, I'll eat at home." He makes a small nod. We sat down after getting our food. Tina approaches us as we are conversing and laughing at Jin's dad jokes. I leapt to my feet and dashed to the restroom. Young-Mi was close behind.

Namjoon POV

As Tina approaches our table, I notice Y/N getting up and running to the bathroom, followed by young-Mi. I began to be concerned about what was about to occur. Tina asked, "Can we talk, Joonie?"
"No, I don't want to speak with you," I stated emphatically. She then stepped up to me and put my hand in hers. "It's something important. It's all about Y/N and You "She pleaded. I gave in and stood up, following her to the school's back wall. I murmured, "what do you want?" Tina pulls out her phone and shows me a photo of Y/N and Tae hugging each other. "Your girlfriend was planning on breaking up with you because she was cheating on you with one of your best friends." Tina gets into a dispute.Apart from the fact that I wanted to believe her, I also knew that Y/N and Tae are simply friends. When I felt lips on my lips, my thought was interrupted. Tina kissed me once more. I tried to push her away, but she had her arms tightly around my neck, so I couldn't. After that, I heard my name called. I finally throw Tina off and notice Y/N standing there, her eyes welling up with tears.

Y/N POV

"Y/N baby, that's not what it appears to be," he says as he pushes Tina away from him. I said with a shake of my head, "That's what everyone says. Namjoon, I had faith in you. I assumed you didn't care about her, but I was mistaken." I trembled. Tina then approaches me and slaps me in the face. She screamed, "You stupid girl, you're so ridiculous thinking Namjoon will ever love you." "Don't you dare touch her," Namjoon says as she pulls away. I hear others forming a circle around us after a few minutes. Then a hand rests on my shoulder. It was tae who drew my attention when I glanced around. "Y/N, what happened? Are you all right?" With a troubled tone in his voice, he inquired.I took his hand in mine and was about to bring him away from the crowd to tell him what had happened when Namjoon grabbed his arm and threw him to the ground. I let go of Tae's hand and glare angrily at Namjoon. I screamed, "Why did you do that?" Namjoon first glances at me, then at Tae. After that, he starts punching Tae. "What are you doing, Namjoon? You're causing him pain. Put a stop to it "I yelled, tears streaming down my cheeks. Then a teacher intervenes, removing Namjoon from  tae and leading him away from the crowd.By Tae's side, I fall to my knees. "Are you okay, Tae?" I inquire while tightly squeezing him. He mumbled, "yeah, I'm alright Y/N." Then we stood up and returned to our seats. As soon as we sat down, our friends began questioning us about what had occurred. "What happened, Y/N?" Young-Mi inquired.(Young-Mi return from the bathroom after Y/N and didn't see anything ). When I told the others what had happened, they were all upset. "Why would Namjoon do anything like this?" Yoongi wondered. I shook my head and shrugged my shoulders. Jin inquired, "Why did Namjoon punch Tae?" Young-Mi speculated that Tina had told him that Y/N was cheating on him with tae. Everyone agrees with Young-mi's statement.   After an hour, everyone began packing their cars to return home. I didn't want to go home with Namjoon, so I took young-Mi instead. I felt a tug on my arm while I was walking to young-mi's Car.   I turned around to see who it was, and Namjoon was there. He inquired, "Are you not going home with me?" I simply rolled my eyes at him and resumed my walk. He then runs up to me again, this time grabbing my suitcase.I became enraged and turned to him, saying, "No Namjoon, I'm not coming home with you, and you know what, I'm moving out because we're done ok, and I don't want to communicate with you again." With tears in my eyes, I snatched my suitcase from Namjoon's grip and dashed to Young-Mi's car I load my belongings into the trunk and then enter the vehicle. "What's the matter, what happened, and why are you crying?" As she drove out of the school parking lot, Young-Mi said. "I just broke up with him and told him I'm moving out," I sobbed. While driving, Young-Mi gives me a glance. She shouted, "Are you crazy, where are you going to live?" I sighed and said, "Perhaps I could move in with you or tae." "You may stay with me till graduation, okay," Young-Mi replied, gulping. I smile and give her a small nod. The rest of the journey to young-Mi's was spent in silence.
