*****Sam's P.O.V.*****

Team Vamps! Hey there I'm Sam and I'm a vampire training to one day be a vampire warrior. We will soon be going into battle with the werewolves in 4 months.

The vampires that are my only friends are Tara, Ashley, Brianna, Trevor and an archangel Ricky (A.K.A. Tara's brother). Tara. Don't get me started on her. She's a true beauty but I'm pretty sure she likes the popular guy of the other group James Shiel. He's a werewolf and every girl knows who he is but she's all like 'I don't give a fuck! He's hot!' Girly you're the one that's hot! People have asked me if I like her in 'that way' but I tell them no because they will just go and tell her and our friendship will be ruined. Anyway, I'm taking my warrior test tomorrow and I'm super excited. A warrior is basically someone who fights for our side.

"Oh, hey Tara!" I say nervously. I wince mentally at how stupid I sound.

"Hey, Sam can I ask you a question?" she asks. Wait! What!?

"Uhh... sure why not!" I say still pretty nervous.

"Why are you always so nervous around me?" she says. Awe crap!

"Uhhh, umm well, cheese ball!" then I ran away as fast as I could. I went and found Kian. He may be a werewolf but he's one of my closest friends I have. He's truly a loyal and trustworthy guy.

"Hey, Sam. Dude. You look like you just ran a marathon." He laughs.

"Dude this isn't a laughing matter!" I say. He knows about my little crush. "She's onto me. I think she knows about my little crush." He was slightly confused a first then he looked a little frightened mixed with anger.

"Kian? Are you okay dude?" I ask.

"Yep, everything's fine! It's just peachy keen!" he yells. What the hell!

"Okay, so what do I do?" I ask still completely confused.

"I would straight up be honest with her." He says. "Unless you're a big chicken. Show them fangs dude. You can do it." Yeah, I can do this! "Okay, thanks dude!" I yell to him as I went to find Tara!

"There you are, Sam! Now answer the question! Why are you so nervous around me!?" she yells clearly done with being left in the dark. I think I pissed her off, don't you?

'Remember you're a vampire!' I think to myself. "Well, umm, I might have a small crush on you?" Come on dude! That sounded like a question!

"Oh," she says seeming put off by the idea. "Umm... I gotta go! See ya later Sammers!" she says then runs off. Damn! That went well.
