Max was at home. He was watching over the puppies as Dylan and Summer had left. Everything was fine when suddenly he heard a bang. He quickly ran to the room from which the sound was coming. In it he saw a smoking machine and an unconscious Dawkins.
MAX: Dawkins can you hear me?
Dawkins did not answer. Max took him on his back and ran with him to the hospital leaving Dj in the lead. When he got to the hospital he saw Delilah.
MAX: Delilah!
Delilah: Max what happened ?!
MAX: I heard an explosion and when I found it he was lying unconscious.
Delilah: Well, I'll take him and look after him.
MAX: Good. I hope he'll be fine.
Max came home. Fortunately, until Dylan and Summer returned, nothing had happened.
When Dylan called to dinner, he noticed Dawkins was missing.
Dylan: Max where's Dawkins?
Max: In the hospital ...
Dylan: What !?
Max explained to Dylan what happened.
Dylan: Okay, when mom comes back, she'll tell us what's wrong with him.
MAX: I hope nothing serious.
After lunch, most of the puppies went to bed.
Delilah came back from work and Dawkins with her.
Dylan: Dawkins!
Dylan ran up to him and hugged him. Dawkins had a bandage wrapped around his head.
Dylan: I'm so glad you're okay. You know you could have died?
Dawkins: Yes, I know it too.
Dylan: You are not allowed to do dangerous experiments.
Dawkins: Of course.
Then Delilah, Max and Dylan hugged Dawkins.
And so another day passed which brought an extraordinary surprise.
