Chapter 7, Trapped

Frank awoke next to Meg. His hand slowly move towards her face and then retreated back onto his stomach. He starred at the ceiling and then again at Meg. I have make her mine somehow, though I can't even buy time by pursuaying her into becoming a member. What only to do. He thought to himself and left his room. In the living room were Susie and Julie taking a some photos of each other and greeted him. ''Morning, going for a run?", Julie asked him and he only nodded. "What about that girl? She awake yet?", Susie interupted and it made Frank stop in his tracks. "Well if you want to braid her hair, then you have to wake her up.", he sighed and left the house.

After his run Frank hurried to take a shower. Opened the bath and in there was Meg lifting her shirt. He was able to see her in her black undies and half of her chest area being uncovered. She quickly pulled her shirt back down and gave a suprised face expression. Unsure of what to do he apologized on walking in on her. "It's all forgiven, but! Just leave and close the door for god sake!". Her face had turned red and her voice a little angry. "Eh yes sorry!". Quickly closing the door and leaving. He sat down in the living room. "You guys saw me walking to the bathroom!!! Why didn't you tell me about her taking a shower too??!", he shouted at the girls angrily. "Okay relax Frank, you are scarying Susie.", Julie interfiered with his speech. "Yeah tone it down a bit.", Joey said now too joining the others. "Okay whatever guys". Susie started laughing. "You were well aware of the lock being brocken and that you should knock before entering.", she continued giggling and Joey joined her. "Yo true, you keep walking in on us. Others might think it's not funny, but your cute reactions make it worth a while.", he smiles and makes Frank smile as well. Frank rolled his eyes and admitted that it's as well his fault. "Yeah though havinge seen you naked Joey will haunt me until the end of time.", he chuckles.

Meg came out of the bathroom and saw the teens sitting together. She decided to sit down with them after Susie waved her hand to get her attention. "Meeeg come over let's take some more pictures". Frank gave Susie a questionable glare. However, she just shrugged it off by saying, that they took some really cute once together during his time away. "Meg I wanna apologize for earlier, I should have knocked.", he said lowering his head. She nodded. "It's all good, I knew it was bound to happen the moment Julie warned me about the broken door knob. You guys should really get that fixed". Everyone gave some agreeing yes, but also an explaination for why to procrastinate on the matter. Meg rolled her eyes and sat down inbetween Julie and Frank. "So what are you guys usually doing outside the trials?", Meg asked. Susie jumped up. "I am glad you asked!", she clapped into her hands a little and asked Joey to help her. "Julie might remember, we found where Evan kept his traps. Me and Joey went back to the Macmillan Estate and grabbed a couple!". Joey held one of the bunch up and proudly presented the stolen goods. "We wanna sabotage some of them and keep 3 in healthy condition to trap other killers the next time we all come together". Frank laughed. "Sounds like fun.". "What do you think Meg? Wanna help us? It's not like you have anything to do.". Susie smirked and revealed her braces. Meg gave an unsure yes from herself and was suprised how happy it made everyone. 

The group made their way over to the counter and Meg decided to just follow them around. On the counter were two purple value tool boxes and behind was a box with the traps. Joey handed one to everyone. Though when he reached one out for Meg he gave her a wink. "Careful Meg, I am sure you know how painful these are.". "Yeah, I do.".  Frank put on his mixtape and a bunch of metal screams came out. Meg just tried to engulf his horrific music taste and work on the trap. After a while Joey claimed his to be done. He stood up and smirked at his creation. "So now if I touch this thingie over there, it should not go off". With confidence he pressed down the little plattform and the trap snapped. He screamed out of pain. "Omg Joey are you alright?!", Susie shrieked out of suprise. "Does this look like I am okay?!", he tried not to cry to remain his many appearance. "S-sorry Joe eehhmmm, fuck what do we do?!", her mind went blank. "Call friking Sally to get over here!", he yelled trying to calm himself down. Frank walked around the counter and grabbed the trap by its fengs. With all his might he tried open up the mouth, but wasn't strong enough and lost his grib. The trap flinched back and went back into Joey's arm. "Maybe this wasn't such a smart idea afterwards.", Julie said and turned off the stereo. She grabbed her phone out of her pocket and started calling Sally, telling her to come over to stitch up Joey. "And now since that's taken care of... .". She dialed another number into her phone. "Hey Evan, would you like to come over? We have something to return and need your strenght.". Meg heared his voice and chuckled to herself. "Yeah Joey got his arm stuck in your trap and-". Julie couldn't even finish her sentence before Evan left the phone call. "Well guess we gotta wait until they show up.". She hugged Joey and tried to comfort him. "You are just doing fine, now don't be a baby and stick it up like a man".

The nurse had already been there when Evan arrived. He entered the room and looked at the chaos of screws, toolboxes and dissected traps. Not sure why, but there was also glitter laying around. Evan sighed and gave hinself a facepalm. "I was already wondering where that box had gotten too.". He shook his head and walked behind the counter. "Hey Meg, how have you been?", he said subductivly after pushing Frank away. "Aah, it had been a hustle lately.". She scratched the back of her head and then smiled at him. "Anna took you in again, I've heard.", he pulled down the fangs of the trap and securred them in fixed open position. "So why are you in posession of my traps and Meg?", he asked the for of them, looking down on them like a parent at their children when they did something bad. "Well we rescued Meg and let her recover here. And about those traps... . We had a great idea, which turned out bad", Julie confessed with her arms crossed like Evan. "You guys are surely a bunch of idiots. Don't touch what belongs to me.". His eyes viewed all four of them as punishable. "Maybe I should have the traps snap your necks so your learn". Nurse intervaned. "We are not necessarly sure if we would respawn like survivors do... . I don't think that you should get yourself in trouble with the entity for their little crime.". "It sweet of you to defend these guys, but they could have hurt Meg and I don't take likings to that!". He started debating with Sally, about their punishment until Susie pointed out that Joey had lost quiet a lot of blood. "Damn, my bad I forgot about thay.", Sally said and quickly hovered over to Joey. Evan started to collect his things and once he was done putting everything away. "Alright I am done here, Meg would you like to accompany me? I will bring you back to the bonfire.", he lifted her chin and she agreed to walk along side him. Frank's mouth opened up. He wanted to say something, but nothing came out and he watched as both of them left.
