Somewhere inside a restaurant, Reborn sat beside Atsushi, who is now in his thirty bowls of chazuke while Reborn, the sadist from hell, was on her 29th cup of espresso. However, she was disappointed that it wasn't as good as what Mamma (Nana) make.

"Come on, Dazai, let's go back to work already!" And Reborn is also losing what little patience she had left from the growing complain and shouting of the blonde four-eyes. "No sane person would suddenly say, 'what a nice river', then dive into it during work! Look at what you've done! I'm drastically off-schedule now!" Kunikida shouted in irritation.

"You sure love that notebook, Kunikida-kun." Dazai said, eyeing the notebook in Kunikida's hands.

Kunikida roughly put the notebook down on the table and pointed at it. "THIS IS NO MERE NOTEBOOK!! IT'S MY IDEALS!! A GUIDE TO HOW I SHOULD BE LIVING! AND THERE IS NO 'HAVE A SUICIDAL MANIAC FOR A CO-WORKER' WRITTEN HERE!" Reborn eyed the notebook, analyzing it, before going back to drinking.

That book must be connected to his Ability. She thought, closing her eyes, but still on guard. Atsushi tried to talk with his mouth full and it was a wonder how Kunikida managed to know what he was saying. While Reborn, well she's slightly irritated and decided to give the boy a light yet painful kick. "Don't talk with your mouth full, Baka-shi." She said, ignoring the whimpering boy.

"That hurt, Reborn!" Atsushi's painful groans was music to her ears. At least I found a version of you, Dame-Tsuna. However, nothing would stop her from murdering that damn cow-brat. Not even you, Dame-Tsuna.

Finally, Atsushi slumped on the chair, satisfied. "Phew, I'm full! I don't wanna see Chazuke for a decade!" He said, patting his huge stomach with a satisfied smile, which irritated Kunikida.

"Why you..." He gritted his teeth.

"Well, you really helped me out there!" Atsushi said, his stomach miraculously deflated. Reborn glanced at him before going back to her beloved espresso. Still not as good as Italy's or Nana's. She thought. "I was forced to leave the orphanage where I lived, and traveled to Yokohama without food or sleep." Orphan, check. Reborn thought, she can relate to that, being orphaned and all.

She was an orphan too until she decided to snap and kill everyone.

Serves them right.

"I thought I was gonna die!" Atsushi exclaimed and Reborn drank her 20th espresso. Unlike Atsushi, Reborn fought and endured till the very end, and managed to secure her position on top of the food chains. She crawled through and through without any stop until some idiotic cow decided to trap her into a different world.

"And what about you?" Dazai looked at Reborn, who put down the empty cup.

"Hm, I got lost and nowhere else to go." That was her only answer. It wasn't really the truth, but it wasn't a complete lie either. She can go anywhere she likes, she's the World Strongest Hitman after all. No situation can ever restrict her freedom. Not even Vongola.

"Is that really all?" Dazai asked, he couldn't see a single lie in her words, which frustrates and intrigued him at the same time. "Hmm, so you were released from a facility?" Dazai questioned, looking at Atsushi. He'll investigate her later.

"Released? More like I was kicked out. Management slumps or downsizing, or something like that." Atsushi said and Reborn fought the urge to scowl. She hates people who looked down at others, especially her when she was in her cursed form.

She still wanted to kill that ramen-loving mist user. Can you blame her? After all, Reborn is also quite known from her ability to hold grudges as long as she wants, which is quite rare. And that Checker-face is a very unlucky bastard, a sly one at that.
