Caregiver
Caregiver is someone who will help the little one in his regression. It can be a friend, your boyfriend and even someone in the family! It is important that you know him well and have confidence in the person!
The caregiver can be male or female, you choose! There are a multitude of nicknames for caregivers, from the simplest, like daddie or mommie, to the cutest. You can call it in Portuguese, too, Dad and Mom.
Remember that your regression is not the same as the little you see in the Instagram feed! Each has a regression, you don't need a caregiver to be little! You can be your own caregiver, or even have one!
Pacifiers and baby bottles
Another item that won't make you less little are pacifiers, bottles, cups and diapers!
If you have or can buy, great! If you don't / can, great too! You can save money to buy one, or even buy one!Diapers and pacifiers are more common for babies, but it is obvious that even little and middles can use it, it is totally free.
Babie, little and middle
Babie; babie is the deepest level of regression, age ranges from 0-3 years old. In this little age, Babies are generally sleepy and fragile, again, you are not required to have a caregiver, but it is the most necessary age to have a caregiver.
Little; littles is slightly less profound age, ranges from 4-10 years. In this little age, the littles are usually lively and needy, there is no need for a caregiver, as they are older, they can take care of themselves.
Middle; this is the least profound little age. It varies from 10 to 14 years (it can be a little more, it is not a rule to regress until the age of 14). They are usually the ones who can take care of themselves completely, play less and are always watching TV or playing on their cell phones.
Always remember that there is no order for that, you can be a babie and have no caregiver, you can also be middle and play a lot.
