Angel is known for the second devil in the Light Household. Due to the learning of a so-called older sibling. Angel with her fingers was the master of this called Angels Hospital. She was the one that controlled everyone and whatever small thing she found she was able to overuse that small thing into making the life of any of her staffs or needed information for any court evidence. So being the big Cat in the whole house of Maze she had some jail inmates in the hospital acting like janitors. Many are small and look weak but there the most agile and  fast people known in the hospital. Their accuracy is top-notch that whatever they find is used as weapons. Big and muscle inmates are used as nurses and are the shield of the hospital that even a knife wound is like a little pinch to them. There the nicest on the hospital with kids and elders but some can put a patient already back to the hospital again. The last ones ate Doctors that are the brains but if needed they just can shut you up by a vital point check and you will fall asleep in seconds. But most of the staff don't know this due to the high classification needed to see the files. Also, Angel is the person to give a second chance before she plummets them to jail. So with a swift of a button she rang a nurse "Hey Jay mind helping moving Patient Miss Snow white cause as the dwarf and Prince charming not being here we need to assure his safety" Jay looked at the camera before raising a thumbs up and heading to Shoutos room. Angel then just looked at the camera feed where she saw the crazy bitch throwing out her cigarette and preparing herself by dolling up as a fake as bitch. Another button was pressed "Hellooo Mister Janitor Carol mind making an accident near the female's bathroom with Miss Caroline drop a liquid that would take a top-notch of 30 minutes" Carol and Caroline smiled and a child was seen walking down the distance that seem to have autism and some icy quirk. 

"Miss Angel the Patient is being transported to three levels down to the third instead of it being in the 6th floor" Angel smiled with hint of evil on her. "Female Nurses from section 6 floor please identity your fellow employee that is coming in withing a span of maybe 40 mins, she has stolen the identity of a fellow nurse and act surprise when she comes in, make playful conversation before hitting the nail in the coffin" then the call was ended. Angel sat up from her chair from the thousands of cameras that she kept watched off before calling her Owls. The Owls would be able to stay watch as many hours needed and if a camera goes wrong they send a Shadow to check on it. The Shadows were literally not noticeable, but they were the mechanics in the whole building that will appear when called and disappear when the job was done. And with that plan was set in motion.

The Bitch was getting out the bathroom door but the floor was covered in ice where a child was sitting in the middle eating a lollipop. The Bitch was irritated before the Janitors showed up. "Oh well look it's the patient from room 201, Little Timmy stay in place until we remove all the ice" Caroline stated with her nicest tone. The bitch just sighed and looked at here watch "How long will this take?" Caroline gabbed a crowbar and try to smash the ice but only made a small dent "Oh My, seems that the ice is very hard oh and the answer to your question it makes 30 mins at most due to this hard ice that is so thick that is hard to cut through". The Bitch was angered in rage "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? IM SUPPOSED TO BE UP AT 6TH FLOOR TO TAKE CARE OF A PATI-Oh Carol thank you for coming we need to get rid of this ice that small little Timmy before we can take him to his room".

Shouto was confused until the nurse said "Oh we have to clean and added new items on the first three floors before the other floors and since you are a very esteemed guest we have to give you the very best cause a certain young master is coming to get you very soon" Shouto had a smile and was happy that his husband was coming that his tail swished back and forth and curled up. 

The Bitch was finally able to leave the bathroom before getting to the upper floors to the sixth floor where the three nurses and secretary were chatting and due to the ID showing a picture they started to comment. "Sheila finally you came we need to clean the bathrooms" the Bitch face turned to a disgust face and put a fake smile "Well i got some order of the head Doctors that told me to go to the room 607 on the 6th floor and take care of Shouto Todoroki" Oh yes Sheila give me a minute let me get the key card and file for the patient" Well there goes Charlie, oh Sheila how was the party of last Tuesday" The Bitch(I finally gave up on the fucking bitch word for a long writing, so we will call her Peony) It was fine I spent the time so lovely with my soon-to-be husband" now this is where everyone stopped and looked at Peony with a smile and hint of bloodlust
