Alright, I've been absent from the whole drawing thing for about 4 months now, but I decided to come back with a drawing from one of the latest anime I've seen.
Bungo Stray Dogs was such a bang for me; it's one of THE best seinen anime I've seen in YEARS and it's such a highly underrated show, I'd recommed it to anyone--filled with action, dark comedy, smooth animation, great plot, loveable characters and all! Actually, the anime was my gate to Japanese literature since I began reading a few books to some Japanese authors like Osamu Dazai's No Longer Human and Ryuunosuke Akutagawa'sRashoumon.
(Every character in the anime is named after real Japanese AND Western poets/authors and their abilities are named after their most famous works.)
Dazai had easily became my husbando in Bungo due to his charming looks, amazing VA Mamoru Miyano (one of my favs), personality, mysterious backstory that's still not clear in the manga, and being the most dangerous and cunning character even though he's the comic relief.
Looking at the drawing, I'd say that it remained rather loyal to the original pic that I'm even surprised by the outcome. Glad I didn't lose my touch after all those months. 😂
