Akihiko woke up yawning. "Morning already? " he checked the clock. "Yep" he then looked down and the neko who was still sleepy and cuddled into him. He was whimpering in his sleep and looked scared. Akihiko gently stroked Sais hair. "Its okay" he whispered trying not to wake him.
Just at that point Akihikos mom walked in. "Good morning" she smiled "I discussed the issue with your dad and that boy with cat ears is allowed to stay, I see your rather attached to him already." She said looking at the raven haired boy cuddled into Akihiko. Sai made a cute nya sound in his sleep. He was content again Akihiko smiled. Sai was so adorable.
"You better wake him for breakfast" the mom smiled.
As she left the room Akihiko gently shook Sai. "Morning cutie" Sai rubbed his eyes, they were really puffy and red.. He must have cried. He hugged Sai gently. "Your safe here with me, I won't let anyone or anything hurt you." To his surprise Sai hugged him back.
Akihiko giggled. Why was Sai so cute. Sai hugged him more. He felt so comforted when he was with Akihiko, he was safe at last.
The brunette smiled. "Well cutie, we better go and get breakfast." Sai yawned and rubbed his eye. He then nodded and stood up.
