Epilogue

~*1 Month later, Celeste's POV*~

It was around noon when I was just relaxing in the study with my husband while reading a book for first time parents. We were so excited! We already had set up the room for the baby and everything.

"Celeste, did you wet yourself?" I hear suddenly from Slender, snapping me from my thoughts. I look down at my pants to see a large wet spot. My eyes widen as a sharp, painful tug is felt from inside me, making me screech out in pain. I hear the door open to the study, followed by a gasp.

"Slender, her water just broke! Stop standing there like an idiot and get her to the infirmary right now!" I hear Amelia yell.

"Oh, right! I will let that comment slide for now, by the way." I feel myself get scooped up into a long pair of arms and rushed out of the room.

~*3 Hours later*~

"Celeste, I need you to push one more time!" I hear EJ say to me as I all but crush Slender's hand in my own while pushing the baby further out of me, screaming in pain. Suddenly, we all hear a loud wail throughout the room.

"Congratulations! It's a girl! Slender, would you like to cut the umbilical cord?" I sigh in exhaustion as I let go of Slender's hand.

~*Slender's POV*~

As I go to cut the umbilical cord, I notice that my newborn daughter had four small black tendrils sticking out from between her shoulder blades limply, making me smile softly.

After both Celeste and our daughter were cleaned up, Eyeless Jack comes in holding our daughter before handing her to me.

"So what's her name going to be?" He asks us. I look at my newborn daughter, then back at EJ.

"Her name is Serenity Luna Slender." I respond while smiling slightly. He nods and says, "Well, I will be in the other room if you need me, okay? I will give you two a bit of privacy."

"Thank you." I watch as he leaves the room.

"She's perfect, Slender..." I hear from Celeste. I turn to her, still smiling.

"You did great...she looks just like you, red eyes and all." She chuckles tiredly.

"She's going to be a total daddy's girl..." I snicker at that.

"I believe so, as well."

~*5 years later*~

"Daddy! Look what I drew for you!" I hear Serenity exclaim from the doorway of my office. I look up from my nearly finished paperwork to see her holding my very pregnant wife's hand and her drawing in one of her tendrils. I smile and reply while holding out my long arms towards her, "Come here and let me see!" She giggles and teleports into my arms before sitting on my lap and showing me a cute drawing of her, me and her very pregnant mother standing next to our mansion.

"This is really good, Serenity! I love it!" I chuckle as I stand up with her in my arms. She laughs as I put her on my shoulders, saying to me, "Thank you, daddy!"

"No, thank you for drawing that beautiful art for me." I smile while nuzzling her neck playfully, making her laugh.

"Daddy! Stop! That tickles!" She squeals out as I play with her neck using my nose, emitting a small chuckle from my throat.

"Ow..." I hear Celeste murmur quietly. I look at her worriedly.

"Are you okay, my love?" I ask her. She looks at me and smiles softly.

"Yeah, I'm fine! The baby is kicking pretty hard today, that's all!" She explains with a grin, then grimaces in pain.

"Are you sure you're okay? You are due any day now..." I remind her, worried about her and the baby growing inside her. She looks down in between her legs and gasps. I follow her gaze to see a large wet spot on her leggings and immediately teleport to Eyeless Jack's medical room, saying to him with my daughter still in my arms, "It's time, E.J...get ready for the delivery while I go get Celeste from my office."

"Yes sir." I nod and teleport to Amelia and Jeff's room before saying to my daughter, "Serenity, you're to stay with your Auntie Amelia and Uncle Jeff until I come get you, alright?" she looks up at me and nods with a smile, "Jeff, Amelia, I'm putting you two in charge of her while I'm with Celeste during the delivery, like we discussed." Amelia and Jeff nods.

"We'll be here if anything happens." Jeff replies as he wraps an arm around his wife.

"Thank you." I say before teleporting to Celeste and taking her to Eyeless Jack's Medical Room.

~*8 Hours Later*~

"Congratulations, It's a boy!" We hear over the loud, shrill cry filling the room.

"We did it, Slender...a son...just like you wanted." Celeste murmurs tiredly, smiling at me. I chuckle as I gently squeeze her hand affectionately.

"You did wonderful, my love."

After Celeste and my son got cleaned up, Eyeless Jack walks in with my little boy wrapped up in a light blue blanket before gently handing him to his mother.

"So, have you two decided on a name for him?"

"Damien Alexander Slender." I respond, smiling lovingly at Celeste and Damien.

"Alright, I'll be in my office if you need me." Eyeless Jack murmurs to us.

"Can you send Serenity in here to meet her baby brother, please?" Celeste asks him tiredly.

"Of course, I'll be right back." He leaves the room to do as requested. Moments later, Serenity and EJ walk into the room. I hear a gasp from Serenity followed by her teleporting up to her mother and peeking down at the newborn in Celeste's arms.

"Hey there, little brother...I'm your big sister, Serenity." she quietly says to him, grinning down at him. He babbles happily in response to her introduction, squirming slightly while smiling a toothless smile.
"I can't possibly be any happier than I am right at this very moment. I have a beautiful daughter and wife and now, a handsome son." I mutter to Celeste, smiling down at her, "I love all three of you." Celeste pulls me down by my tie and kisses me lovingly.

"I love you, as well, Slender..."
