Darkness visible burning bright void of colour absent of light. Boiling, bubbling, toil and troubling, wicked is as wicked does, and stranger things now run amuck. Among the living evil stews awaiting for most wretched news. Sleeping with the fish, in the belly of the beast, a soul churns and churns again until the wait for samsara meets its end.

Death has decided to interfere and justice backs it from the rear, evil has run amuck for far too long, now that balance is near it's time to right all wrongs.

The circle spins and spins...

And then it stops, so things begin.

She never wanted it—him, a baby. It was an accident, really, a stupid fling all those months ago just to relieve some extra stress and tension. She didn't want a baby or to be a mother and wasn't suited to be anyways. The father was a man she with whom she had a one night stand. Simply put, someone she'd never see again. He was gone.

She didn't want to be pregnant, but she couldn't simply abort it either. Her conscience wouldn't allow her to just...end it like that. It wasn't fair for the baby to pay for her own choices like that. But it wasn't as though she could keep it—-she was first and foremost a kunoichi, and having a baby complicated things.

But she kept it. (For now)

And then she met someone.

A nice, charming man with whom she fell in love. One who accepted her and loved her at her best and worst (while pregnant). He was her soul mate. And she decided that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him. Nothing could shatter her perfect beautiful dream life. Everything was perfect.

And then the Kyuubi attacked.

And he died.

She was heavily pregnant then and couldn't do a damn thing. (A useless kunoichi.)

It broke her.

Three days later she gave birth.

"Congratulations, it's a healthy baby boy!"

She said nothing as the nurse slipped the little bundled infant into her arms and continued to say nothing as she stared down at it blankly.

She felt...numb.

Why was the nurse telling her that?

Why should she feel happy when he's dead?

It didn't matter.

Nothing mattered anymore.

All that mattered was that she was happy with him but now he's dead and she's not happy and she had a baby but she never wanted a baby in the first place!

And then it hit her. (A horrible thought that would haunt her for the rest of her life.)

If she weren't pregnant then she could've done something—she could've saved him! Had she never been pregnant he wouldn't have died.

"I don't want it."

The nurse frowned at the woman.

"Your child is healthy and strong—-!" The nurse assured the kunoichi who snapped.

"——I DON'T WANT IT!"
