When she picked up the phone she heard someone pick up a phone that sounded like her other house phone, but then she heard it smash back down and her call ended. And at that moment she knew her search for the truth about her mother was just beginning. And with that a tear ran down hear face and she felt like a volcano about to erupt but she knew she was stronger and that she had to keep her emotions tucked away intel after she figured what really happened to her mother so she climbed out her bedroom window and headed for Emma's house. When she got there she threw a pebble at Emma's bedroom window and when Emma opened her window Abby climbed up the tree that leads right up to her window and asked if she could stay the night, Emma said that her mother would kill her if she found out but Abby said she'd only be there till seven. And of course to be nice Emma let her in and got her some hot chocolate since it was only thirty degrees outside and all she had on was a t-shirt and jeans. After that Abby told her what had happened and then asked if she could help her find the real truth!
