The boy walked in and sat next to Ferie as the seat next to Zara was piled with cauldron cakes. He shut the compartment door and opened his mouth for the expected greetings but before he could get a word out the door slid open with a bang.
"Bonjour!" Screamed a thin but boyish voice. Zara heard an annoyed "oh gosh" and a surprised "oh?!"
A tall boy with raven black hair walked into to the compartment. He had cat like eyes with thick eyelashes that almost seemed fake. His nose was long and thin over a pair of light pink thin lips with a beauty mark below. He looks like the male form of one of the models from the magazines mama reads all the time Zara thought.
The boy paused the moment his eye met with Ferie's blazing glare. Apparently, the two were familiar with each other judging by the exasperated expression on Ferie's face.
"Ah! If it isn't Selwyn. How's your baby sister doing? Oh wait, I'm sorry. I forgot that she's already dead for a second there." The only thing Zara thought at that moment was oh wow this one's rude.
"Get out of here. I dont want to see your stupid face right now, you French freak!" Ferie spat.
The boy gasped, "How dare you?! You ill-mannered little s-"
"Calm down both of you! Stop causing a scene." The freckled boy interrupted loudly, trying to calm their bickering. Zara was secretly disappointed as the whole scene was quite amusing and was enjoying herself a lot."Whatever. Just get out. Find someone else to annoy." Ferie said with a sigh.
"Its not like I want to breath the same air as the likes of you! It's just that all the other compartment are overflowing with people and the only empty ones are in the snake's lair." The boy said with visible disgust on his face as he sat down on the seat Zara quickly cleared up for him with a "Merci.""Snake's lair? What's that?" The freckled boy asked.
"I meant the compartments in the back. They're the slytherin's territory. Actually Selwyn, you should move there since you being here is already a huge waste of space. Pardon me, I haven't introduced myself yet." The boy turned to Zara and held out a slender hand, "Delroy Lefevre. A pleasure to meet you." He said while ignoring Ferie's hissing.
"I'm Zara Khattak. Nice to meet you." Zara replied while shaking Delroy's hand.
"Oh! And I'm Anatole Ohrburg." The freckled boy stated. These names are ridiculously difficult to pronounce Zara thought. At that moment Ferie opened her mouth, probably to throw another insult at lefevre, but Anatole quickly cut her off. "I heard Harry Potter is on the train today. He'll be starting his first year at Hogwarts just like us. I wonder what he looks like."
"I know. I'm really curious. We only know about that lighteningbolt-shaped scar on his forhead." Ferie chimed in.
"Better be on the look out for any scared foreheads then." Delroy joined in.
"Who's Harry Potter? Is he the son of some celebrity in the wizarding world or something?" Zara asked. She was completely clueless as to what they were all talking about.
"Blimy! You dont know who Harry Potter is?!" Anatole shouted.
"Calm down, freckles. She's muggleborn." Ferie said, annoyed.
"Oh sorry. And I'm Anatole."
"Whatever."
"Harry Potter, 'Ther boy who lived', is a boy who's famous because he defeated one of the most powerful wizards of all time when he was only a year old." Delroy explained...........What?!
Was it too short? I'm not really sure if it was lol. Sorry for disappearing
