I am distressed to inform you that the wards of Experiment 473 have escaped the confinement within the Science Center's walls. They over came the guards that were guarding them. These experiments are extremely dangerous and unapproachable. Their touch is toxic to 83% of the population. The wards have lost their humanity. They cannot be reasoned with by anyone who has a Unity Tattoo. The general population is in grave danger. I fear that the mutants will find the Rebels and side with them because they do not have the Tattoo. In our search of a way to upgrade humanity we heightened the wards' senses, agility, and intelligence. I trust you to make the necsessary arrangements to have these experiments recaptured and subdued.
