I stand to the entrance of the forest with the paper bag full of foods as I said I’ll bring a present yesterday. “You came". I saw him sitting at the stone startling me.
“Did you wait for me?” I enthusiastically reply.” No.. we should go somewhere cooler” he said as he walk away. I nod smile evident on my lips and ran to catch up with him.
He lead the way, we walk past to the place where I got lost yesterday. The view is much different at night but still beautiful in the morning the bright colors of flowers are welcoming me with their fragrance. If I didn’t know what people say in this forest I would never think it’s hunted. The forest is so fascinating its would be a tourist spot if people never spread that this forest is hunted a lot of people where go there.
A sudden feeling of someone following us snap me out of my though. I stop walking and look at my left and right then to my back, but I see no one. Taehyung also stop walking.“ she’s my friend” he said
“Is that so?” a voice response to him. I look at where taehyung looking and I was meet with another handsome men. Seriously? Do all of the sprites here are handsome.
“Then please don’t touch taehyung, if you do I’ll eat you” he mischievously said then he suddenly disappear.
“Is t- that a spirit?” I ask him. “ yeah his one of the spirits. that was Jimin he likes to scare people but he is harmless.”
“Daebak… so Spirits do really exist, this the first time I see one”. I laugh “So what do you think I am". He say then left me behind.
I stop laughing and follow him.“then what type of spirit are you? Why do you wear normal people’s clothes?”
“no particular reason, Never mind me.. just tell me about yourself” he change the topic, I look at his back, “are you curious?” I reply teasingly“
That’s why I wait for you”. I give him the ice cream and chips I brought for him. Then we eat it under the tree while I tell him about myself. And we also talk a little bit about him. We joke around each other and we surprisingly come along well.
Time when past, the sun is almost sitting now the place is now slowly getting dark.” I should go home now" I said and he walk me to the exit. When I reach the neighborhood I saw my brother.” Where have you been?” He speak as he got near to me.
“Hoseok is it true that spirits lives on that forest?” And I look at the forest.
“who knows?”. He a shrug “ before I was also curious to the point I want to meet them, so I often went to the forest, but never see one. I was so stupid to believe in peoples gossip”.
I want to tell my brother about taehyung but I decided to not to Hoseok was so over protected I might never get to go to the forest again if I tell him and I’m still not sure if taehyung is really a Ghost or spirit.
When he finish talking I never ask another question again and we silently walk back home.
