y/n pov:

I wake up by the ringing sound of my alarm, i groan and head to my bathroom to brush my teeth and get ready. "MIJA GET YOUR ASS DOWNSTAIRS" my mom screams.
"COMING MA" i yell back.
God what's got her in such a mood today...

After getting ready and having all my supplies ready for school, i rush down the stairs and see my mom and dad having bacon and eggs with some orange juice.
"Ah mija morning" my dad says, standing up to kiss my forehead. I smile and sit down to eat my breakfast. We just talk about my grades and how i'm doing with soccer until it's time for me to head to school.

"Bye mija have a great day!" my parents say at the door. I wave and walk to school since i'm 16 but i haven't had time to get my drivers license yet and Angel is too busy with her boyfriend to make time for me. I see Angel outside school waiting for me, i mentally scold myself. She's probably here to bother me about why i was ignoring her last night.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU REPLY TO MY TEXTS LAST NIGHT?" she screams in my face. I shrug in response.
"What's the matter with you, you've been so distant lately" she says calming down.
"Me? What about you, you don't make time for me anymore your too busy with your stupid boyfriend" i say annoyed.
"Right so that's what this is all about, i'm sorry okay? I promise i'll try and make more time for you it's just he's been wanting to hang out with me a lot lately" she says.
"Right but promise me you'll make more time for me?" i say half smiling.
"I promise" she giggles.
