"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" I hear as I opened the door all my friends were there. I was turning 18 years old I always hated birthdays so I never celebrated them and no body knew why I couldn't help but bursting into tears and running to my room my best friend Carrie and my boyfriend Luke ran after me. I never told them but I figured now I would.
~flashback~
Hi. My name Amber here is my story. When I was 6 years old my mum divorced my dad.When I was 6 1/2 I had two mums and two dads. when I was 7 I had a wonderful princess birthday party that my real mum and step dad threw for me. That night my step dad went into my room and rapped me. John (my step dad) told me not to tell anyone he said "if you tell anyone then it will be twice as worse for you" I could see the evil in his eyes. I started to tear up. When john walked out of my room I started crying heavily into my pillow and before I knew it I was being awoken by my mother. It was 8 am I groaned and flipped over trying to fall asleep again.

M: "come on honey you have to get up"
A: "I don't want to"
M:"but you have to don't you want to get ready for your cheer competition"
A:" yes but I like sleep"
M: " ok 5 more minutes but that's it"
A: "ok"
~5 minutes later~
I got up and my mum started on my hair since that always took the longest I asked for some Advil for my "headache" but really it hurt...down there. Honestly I was afraid of John what would he do?
What does he mean twice as worse?
How could it get worse?
Why didn't I have the nerve to tell my mum?

A:"hi" * I moved back*
J: "what's wrong" * he asked like he didn't know*
A:"nothing,I'm fine"
J:"alright then, I love you"
When he said that I felt something, not something good but as If he meant it
In a different way as if he actually loved me the way he loves mum.
