After thirty minutes of getting ready for my first ever proper date with Tom I headed out my front door. To my surprise I didn't have to go far before I saw him waiting for me with a picnic basket and that cute smile of his.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" I asked him.

"I don't know what are you doing here?" He replied sarcastically. It was about four thirty, but we couldn't stay away from each other. It was almost as if an unexplained force was pushing us together.

"Silly douche, how are you feeling?" I asked. he didn't have any marks on his face but his arms and legs were covered up by clothes, probably so that he wouldn't have to make me worry.

"I'm feeling better." He said as he nervously looked down the street for who knows what. "Shall we go?"

"Sure." I smiled as we linked arms and walked down the street, to the local park. "Whats wrong?" I asked as he was looking everywhere but me.

        "What do you mean?"

"You seem pretty nervous." He was looking at me now.

"Um I'll tell you at the park." He said looking back down the street. Maybe he was hiding from somebody. Well so was I, my sister and parents. They all hate Tom, I feel like I am the only one who loves him sometimes. But his parents must love him, right?

We walked, not speaking another word to each other. Just enjoying each others presents. Once we had arrived at the park, we sat down in front of the fountain. "What do you want to eat? I have peanut butter and nuttella sandwiches. I also brought Pepsi and water." He smiled at me.

" I'll take water and a nutella sandwich please." I attempted to open the water but ended up spilling it all over my sweater- again it was his he just lent it to me. "Oh no, Tom I'm so sorry!" I gave him an apologetic look and took off his sweater. Than I layed it down on the grass to dry. I love his sweater, I love the way that I smells like him.

"Aw its okay Han." He wrapped his arm around my side as I began to shiver. " Would like to wear this sweater?"

"Okay, thank you." I said as he took it off and handed it to me. Once I has it on my small body, I realized how baggy it was on me. Now he was wearing only a black short sleeve shirt with some kind of logo on it, I woulden't be able to tell you what the company was.

But when I was done admiring his shirt I noticed all of the cuts and bruises on his arms. "Wow, they really hurt you bad." I gave him a hug and snuggled into his chest, close to tears. How can the world be so cruel. Nobody ever gives Tom a chance, they just assume that he is bad because of his douche look.

I felt something on the top of my head. It took me a while to realize that he was giving me little kisses, I mean who couldn't love him? "I'm fine, I've had worse." He told me.

        "Tom?"

        "Yeah?"

"What was the thing that you wanted to tell me?" I looked up at him. He was biting his lip.

Finally after a while he spoke up "Well, its my parents they-" He was cut off my my sister screaming at me. What the hell is she doing at the park at 4:30, when she should be in her room fangirling over emo boys that she can never have online or something like that.

"Hey! Han?! What the fuck are you doing with that douche bag?" She yelled furiously. I quickly sat up and looked down, away from Tom. "Well?"

My face went red with anger as what she had said had sunk into my head. "Listen, he is not a douche! If anybody is a douche its you for judging somebody before you have even talked to him." Tom is well known all around the city for stealing from a shop once when he was nine.

"He is a thief!" She spat.

"That was six years ago Yuki, let it go!" I yelled back in protest.

"You don't know what he could have gotten away with recently!"

"Well, you don't know what he has been through recently!" I walked back over to Tom and motioned for him to stand up. "Tom I know that you are a good guy." I kissed him, and he kissed back. I didn't kiss him just to aggravate my sister, even though that was one of the reasons. I kissed him to show that I did love him. To let him know that somebody did love him.

My sister stormed off back to our house, I am going to hear it from my parents when I get home. That is unless I ever did go home...

"Tom, You are truly loved." I said as I turned to kiss him again.

"So are you..." He said quietly as he pulled me into a hug...
