"Hey, sorry for being late" Violet says out of breath as she sets down her handbag and keys.
"It's fine, your room is the last one to the left" a lady with big squared glasses says as she types something into the computer sitting in front of her.
"Thanks" we say and run down the hallway.
When we enter the room thinking it would be a small clinic office we notice it's a rather large conference room.
"I think we have the wrong room.." I laugh.
"No it's not the wrong room, take a seat" a guy says as he points to two seats at the end of the table.
"We called you in because we have great news for you" a professionally dressed woman says as she sets her brief case down onto the glass table.
"Inside this brief case we have two serums" she taps the case
"One is for you to fall asleep as we preform the surgery and the other is confidential" she rolls her eyes
"Excuse me but I want to know what's in that serum if it's being used on me" I spit
"If I tell you I wouldn't be able to use it on you" she opens the case
"We're leaving you with doctor Cheryl, she's a professional doctor so don't be scared" she half smiles
"And that's my que" she finishes and walks out the room leaving the brief case behind
"As she mentioned my name is doctor Cheryl and I will be preforming your surgery today" she holds out her hand expecting me to shake it
"Nice to meet you" I take her hand
"When your ready I'll be waiting in the surgery room upstairs on the 5th floor" she smiles
"Okay" I say and she leaves the room
"Are you scared?" Violet asks me nervously
"a little bit" I sigh and play with the necklace around my neck
"Will Starbucks make you feel better?" She laughs and pouts
"Of corse it will!" I laugh and she hands me my coat
We dive for about 5 minutes and reach a small Starbucks covered in green and brown decorations for Christmas.
On the outside window violet notices something painted on it.

"Well today's our lucky day" violet says and rubs her hands together to keep warm.
When we enter Starbucks it's loud, a lot of people are talking about where they've been over the winter break or either complaining about how long the baristas are taking to make their coffee.
"How may I help you?" A bubbly orange haired girl asks
"Umm I'll get a venti passion tea lemonade and she'll have the same"
"What's your names?" She asks with a pen in one hand and a cup In the other
"Mines Violet and that's-"
"Calum" she says in a serious tone
"It's Violet" I roll my eyes
"Okay that will be $4.00"
I hand her a 5.00 bill and take my change
When we reach the table where you collect what you order I sit down at the nearest table oblately opposite.
"So how's school going?" I ask Violet
"Well mr.jentelrent has been giving us all this extra homework ever since you left" she sighs
"Wait why" I ask confused
"Don't you remember? You were a straight A student in his class, you also helped him a lot with marking other students tests and I think since he's having to do that by himself he's getting stressed out" she finishes
"Hannah and Calum?" a familiar voice shouts from behind the counter.
That girl really did write down that stupid name.
"Who's that? He sounds familiar" I ask
"You don't want to know.." He answers
"Tell me"
"It's brandon, he works here"
