A few days had passed since I told Jenna about the World Tour. Anyways, her folks were cool with it since they had 5 other children, so it wouldn't be that much different without Jenna. My parents were obviously coming with me too although they would come back to California from time to time.

It is Thursday , December 19 right now and Jenna and I are out on a school day shopping. We decided we were going to save our goodbyes to go to school tomorrow on Friday since we are going leaving 3 hours after school ends. Jenna and I were having a blast and we were talking about Maui the entire day since that's our first stop. We had a major shop day. We must've spent over $1000 each for clothes and essentials I'll need for the trip. When Jenna and I got back to my house we started to pack while listening to music. But what are you supposed to pack when you're going to be gone for 3 years. I pretty much packed up my whole room and I have no idea how I fit all that I'm 4 suitcases. Jenna on the other hand only packed the things she "needed". Like bitch go big or go home I'm taking my room with me. Once we were all done packing Jenna stayed the night and we were up until 3 in the morning talking about tomorrow. Before I knew it, it was my very last moments at my high school here. My throat hurt from all the goodbyes I said and my eyes burned from all the crying. But I wasn't that sad leaving since I was going to be with my bested friend in the whole world for 3 years. My last period was science which I loved so it was a good class to end on. "Lilly!" My teacher exclaimed. "I hear that you are leaving for 3 whole years! Please explain to the class what you are doing!" She happily laughed. "Well um, I'm joining the ASP World Tour which stands for Association Surfing Professionals. I'm going to be traveling the world for 3 years doing surf competitions and my best friend Jenna is coming with me!" Jenna stood up, bowed, and sat down again. We just burst into laughter not even caring since it was our last day in this high school. "Well congratulations! And also, Nick has a little surprise for you! Lilly, class, follow me. We followed her outside to see people gathered around a landing helicopter. I stood there in shock as I saw all of Jenna and I's suitcases in the helicopter. The I heard Nick yell "FIRST STOP IS MAUI!" making everyone (pretty much the whole school) cheer and yell. As Jenna and I approached him he said come aboard and we hopped on. My parents were also in this huge helicopter and Jenna and I couldn't get these stupid smiles off our faces. Once we were in the helicopter and buckled in, I was about to say something to Nick but he just mouthed "You're welcome". I smiled and looked at my school. Jenna looked at me and I looked at her. We both just squealed as the helicopter started to rise up. There were no doors in the helicopter so I got to tell goodbye as we took off. Before I knew it I couldn't see the school anymore, and we were flying over the ocean heading to Maui.
