N) Lacey lets go, the bus is almost here.

L) Is my breakfast ready?

N) Here you go. Have a good day sweet pea! I love you.

L) Love you too mommy.

Nikki's POV: I can't get over the fact of how old she is. 12 years ago my life changed in an amazing way. Having her in my life has been the best thing ever. Ever since her 10th birthday she keeps asking about who her father is. I just don't know how I break this news to her. I can barely even remember that night. But the minute I found out I was pregnant I was beyond excited but nervous. My child was going to live her life not knowing who her father was. The minute she was placed in my arms I fell in love. She was just precious. A few days after she was born I got a blood test to confirm who her father was. I got the results back and my guess was right. How do I tell him he's a father? He has gone off and started his life. Married a beautiful woman has an amazing home and makes millions doing what he loves. How do I ruin that? I'm not asking him for anything I just want my daughter to have closure. (Then Brie comes in to her house.)

B) Hey, what are you doing in here?

N) Just looking at old pictures of Lacey. God it blows my mind that she is already 12 years old.

B) Yeah it's crazy. I remember being with you when you were giving birth and seeing how happy and excited to finally have her in your arms.

N) She was and still is just perfect. Hopefully one day I can have another one.

B) Can I tell you something?

N) You can tell me anything.

B) Well I feel it's time you tell her who her father is. She is old enough and can understand. Maybe she won't want to meet him and it can spare you the pain.

N) Your right I held this secret from her for way to long. I'm going to tell her this weekend.

B) I mean in a way if she wants to meet him it could be a plus to it.

N) How he's married. You know I will never sleep or have a love relationship with a married man.

B) Well I heard that he is newly divorced.

N) Do you really think I have a shot with John frisking Cena?

B) Yes, I mean you did give him his first child.

N) True on that.

B) So you never know.

No ones POV: The two get up and spend the day shopping and having one on one time. They pick up Lacey from school and bring Brie home. Nikki starts to make diner when Lacey comes and starts asking her questions.

L) Mom, I have a question.

N) What is it sweetie.

L) Did you ever love my dad? Like we're you two in love when you found out you were having me?

N) Um well. Yes. I love your dad, because he gave me the best thing in my life. You! I couldn't thank him any more.

L) So do you ever see him?

N) No I haven't seen him since I found out I was expecting you.

L) Oh. So will I get to meet him one day?

N) Maybe. Why don't you get washed up, diners almost ready.

L) Ok.
