"Bye mom!" I yell as I shut the door behind me swinging my backpack over my shoulder.

I start walking to the bus stop taking in all the scenery and dozing off into my own world when out of no where I here "WATCH OUT!" I look over seeing a boy on his bike coming at me full speed.

I try to move out of the way but by then I'm already on the ground. There's a shooting pain up my leg and I sit up trying my hardest to shake it off. "Ouch." I hear a fimiliar voice mumble. I look over and see Cameron standing up grabbing his backpack and bike.

He looks over at me "Sorry Maddi. I guess I should stop going down this hill so fast." He lays his bike down and walks up to me lending me a hand as I gladly take it.

Cameron and I have been friends since kindergarten and I have always thought of him as a brother. He was there for me during my mom and dad's divorce and has never left my side ever since.

He pulls me up and I playfully punch his arm "Ow... I guess I deserved that." I let out a giggle and grab my back pack starting to walk to the bus stop Cameron following.

Cameron sets his bike down by the bus bench since his house is literally right next to the bus stop. We get on the bus and sit in one of the seats.

"So, Cameron. I heard that you got a new girlfriend." Cameron smiles and his cheeks go bright red. "Come on, you can tell me." He looks out the window quickly changing the subject. "Did you finish your math homework yesterday?" I roll my eyes and we arrive at the school.

I get off the bus and walk inside to grab my books as Cameron go's to his only a few lockers away.

As I put my phone in my front pocket turning it off, I feel someone touching my butt kind of squeezing. I turn around slapping the hand away and looking up to see an unfimiliar boy looking down at me with a smirk. "I would appreciate it if you didn't touch my butt." I say turning back to my locker closing it and walking to class.
