Harleigh was struggling with what had happened. She was feeling guilty. But she knew deep down she had no reason to feel guilty. Glenn had ruined their lives.

Harleigh was lying in bed. The door to her bedroom opened and Madison walked in. "Come on. You're coming into town with me. I have a baby girl to shop for."

Harleigh groaned. "Isn't that what Warren is for? So I don't have to do this?" She asked.

Madison shrugged and looked at her. "Nope. Warren is in Manchester on some business. So today is sister bonding day. Okay?"

Harleigh just nodded and smiled. She climbed out of bed. "Thanks."

"What for?"

Harleigh smiled. "Keeping my mind off of Glenn. I really appreciate it," she told her.

Madison shrugged and winked. "You're doing me a favour. I have nothing ready for the baby yet. So I have to get this sorted. And soon."

Harleigh was in town with Madison. While she was glad Madison was giving her a distraction, she didn't feel like shopping. She just wanted to be left alone.

Harleigh looked at her. "Mads. What do you need?"

"A cot, a Moses basket, bouncer. But I can wait till Warren is with me for the heavy stuff. So just clothes?"

Harleigh nodded and smiled. She knew she had to make an effort with Madison. But all she wanted was to go and see Freddie.

Madison looked at her. "You can go if you want to. I know you'd rather be elsewhere then here with me. I don't mind."

Harleigh frowned and sighed. "It's not that Mads. I'm just not feeling the best today."

"You haven't been yourself in a long time. Since the whole Glenn thing. You can't let that ruin your life. You have Freddie and he loves you," she said as she looked her. She sighed. "Go on. Go see Freddie. I'm sure I can pick some clothes myself."

Harleigh went to see Freddie. He let her in and they went straight upstairs. Freddie got her onto the bed.

Harleigh grinned and kissed him. "We're not doing this. I came here to relax. And I think I pissed off my sister," she said.

"Why?"

"She wanted to go baby shopping. But I wanted to see you."

Freddie smiled and looked at her. "I don't think she's pissed off. Warren has been keeping stuff from her. And I think it's getting to her."

Harleigh nodded and kissed him again. Freddie turned the kiss heated. Harleigh pulled away again. "I don't feel comfortable doing this yet."

"That's okay. I'll hold you and you take a nap," he told her.

Harleigh made her way back home. Grace looked up. "I think we need to talk. What were you thinking? You took Glenn hostage!"

Harleigh rolled her eyes. "Because guess what?! He hurt me. He hurt me and Madison! And yet you still stayed with him," she spat.

Grace looked at her. "Because I loved him! Despite everything, I loved him!"

Harleigh shook her head. She walked upstairs. She knew that she felt like her life was messing up. But could she keep it under control?
