It was a bright day the sky was clear of clouds birds were flying through the sky people on the streets some were selling goods like food and other things while others were walking through to their jobs and other things while kids where playing and talking with each other there was a house in the corner of the street inside this house was woman who was eating breakfast then she called out

Mother: Hogan get up breakfast will become cold

In a bed a boy was waking his eyes blinked open when he did his eyes were different color one was brown and the other was sky blue his hair was dirty blonde and he then got up

Hogan: sorry mom I'm coming

He then got dressed and then walked down stairs

Mom: had a good sleep

Hogan: yeah as always

What Hogans mother didn't know was that he had knowledge of another world this confused him but he decided to keep it to himself because he heard of someone that was crazy being arrested and then put down because he spouted that the titans were gods gift and that god wants us to feed the titans and he wanted us to open the gates but they were in wall rose so it would be useless but hogan knew he was crazy for wanting to let the titans in so yeah hogan knew that would get you killed but the knowledge showed him that some times people will kill things that they don't understand or trust so he would only use the knowledge to help in what to do and it was a vast amount but for now he was eating breakfast

Mom: so son you decided to join the scouts

Hogan: yes mom

Mom: why you know what happens what happens to them when they leave and go beyond the walls and even now that the wall was compromised by two new titans

Hogan: even all that it's because I want is to make you proud and also to help get our territory back from the titans

Mom: I still can't believe how mature you are for your age

Hogan: yeah I know but sooner or later I would have to learn to grow up

Mom: that is true but I was hoping you would be my baby boy for a bit longer

Then mom rubbed hogans head and ruffled his hair

Hogan: I still am your baby boy but a little smart now here let me help you

Hogan then helped his mom with the chores and other things he then left the house and then walked to his training grounds which tested his endurance, strength, speed and stamina he would spend hours training pullups situps and running while also doing parkour which was made from old material he used the knowledge to become a natural at this when he first started he failed by falling multiple times and running out of breathe very fast but now he has steady control of his breathe and he is pretty strong not like an ox but still strong for his age he would then train the next few more years until he was old enough to apply for the army which he was ready for

It has been 5 years since the comprise of wall maria and ever since then hogan had been training for the day he would be in the army and now the year is 450 and hogan joined and now is in line when the instructor stood infrount of a now grown hogan

Instructor: what is your name cadet

Hogan stood to attention in the salute

Hogan: hogan sir

Instructor: no last name there cadet where are you from

Hogan: the trost district sir

The instructor looked into hogans eyes what normal people would see was his diffrent colored eyes but he saw deeper that he saw a skilled person inside of this cadet he then continued on then it was the first test where you would be judged by how steady you are and this will determine if they train you or kick you out hogan looked through his mind and found how to be perfectly balanced so when it was his turn he took a deep breath and sighed and then centered himself it was near perfect he wobbled a little but he was still steady they then lowered him and he went back into the crowd he then saw one of the boys try to stay up but he ended up hitting his head hogan knew he still had a chance but if he continued he would be kicked out of the army

Hogan: "hope that guy can do it or else"

Then they all went to bed except for a girl that was yelled at because she ate a potato during the razeing that morning as hogan was about to go to sleep he heard

???: hey can we ask you a question

Hogan sat up to see two guys one with blonde hair and also the boy from before who bumped his head at training this morning

Hogan: yeah sure what is it

Hogan: so you want me to help you train so you can stay in the army

Armin: I know that that is a huge favor to ask but please help us get eren in

Hogan: you know what sure I'll help but we better start now

Eren: yeah whatever it takes

Then the trio went to the training ground and began training hogan taught how he kept steady but nothing worked when the duo left he looked at erens harness and found it was broken which he knew that he needed to tell them but they were already gone he made a report paper and slid it inside of instructor Keith's office and then snuck back to the boys dorms and then slept

It was erens last chance and then he got ready he then did it successfully

But then it turned for the worse and history repeated but then Keith instead of telling him to pack up he told hogan to give him his harness

Keith: cadet hogan give cadet jager your harness

Hogan: yes sir

Hogan as he handed eren his harness he smiled and winked which confused eren

Keith: it seems that your gear on the first day was broken and it was reported just last night and then backed up by those in inventory they will get it but for now is your chance to prove yourself

Eren nodded and he was hoisted up and then he did the same pose as he did before and this time he did it he passed everyone cheered after the small celebration eren, armin and mikasa then approached hogan

Eren: hey hogan were you the one to report my harness

Hogan: yeah I was but i didn't tamper with it but remember the night we trained and after you two left I checked out your harness and found out that it was not tampered but defective so then I reported it but didn't give my name

Eren: so if it wasn't for you I would have

Hogan: failed and kicked out don't worry I saw something in you and I respect it I hope to see you in battle one day

Eren: yeah me too

The trio left and hogan began walking away tomorrow is the first day of ODM gear training well it's a start
