Chapter 2

Third Person's POV

"Mom! Don't let them take me away from you!" the child said while trying to loosen the grip of the man that was holding her

"Zyraine don't worry they will not hurt you" the woman said to her child

"We promise after we deal with this, we will go find you wherever you may end up to" the woman said while crying and seeing her child was taken away from her, she feels like her heart was shattered

"I will wait for you mom no matter what" the girl named Zyraine said as she was walking away from her parents

Angel's POV

I woke up and I was thinking what was that dream all about, and who is the girl that named Zyraine? I was still thinking until Rhyne entered the room and told me that they will take me to a place that will make me relax.

"Where are we going?"

"You'll see when we get there" Rhyne said while looking forward

As we take a walk I was still thinking about that dream and tried to remember all that happened but all I can remember is that the girl named Zyraine was taken away from her parents. I wanna know if there is some connection between that dream and my memories because it seems like I was the one in that dream.

"Were here" Rhyne said

We are here at the top of the hill, the view up here is so breathtaking and it's really windy. After all that walking all I could say is that this place is really worth it.

"Do you like it here?" - Vanesa

"Yes!" I exclaimed out of happiness

"Sorry about that, it's just that I've never seen like this in my life but maybe in my memories I have, but now this the first one" 

"Were glad that you liked it" - Rhyne

After a few minutes of looking around and fantasizing the beautiful scenery, Vanesa broke the silence.

"Shall we start?" Vanesa said while looking at me

"What are we going to do?" I asked

"We will find out what is your ability or power" - Rhyne

"Hold on, did you just say power?" I asked and Rhyne just nodded casually

"How can I even have a power if I'm just a normal person"

"It's normal here Angel, because you are here in Alynthyn just from the name of the city it is unusual and this city runs or works with magic. And since you entered here safely, that means you are not normal because your special like us and we will find out what kind of gift you bear" Vanesa Explained

"Although I didn't quite catch that, I will still try as a way of thanking you guys for taking care of me" I said to them and they smiled at me

"Don't worry this will not hurt you, just sit and relax" Rhyne said

"Now focus and feel your whole body, when you think there is a energy inside you that needs to be released, feel free to release them don't worry about us"

I nodded and closed my eyes so that I can focus, I can feel slight a cold sensation. I think it needs to be released if not, I think I will be frozen to death because of the coldness. I tried to control it and it seems to be working so I slowly released them.
