Galactic PD, Earth Division - London Base - 5.4/mango/7
The young, purple haired girl, aged around twelve... maybe thirteen sat with a bored expression on her face, her eyes practically glued to the metal clamps that held her wrists to the table she had been forced to sit at. The cat-kind police officer sat across the table from her, his gaze on her as he tried to pick up any kind of emotion or tell that would implicate her as the criminal they were after, only no emotion crossed her features but apathy.
"You know Miss Archer, if you helped us... we could help you too," the officer told her, receiving no response. "If you told us where your boss was stationed we could make a deal, and we wouldn't have to call the Judoon for collection and transport to the Shadow Proclamation."
"Does the Shadow Proclamation really have to be involved?" another officer, this one human in features but probably from the Boeshane Peninsula. The girl's apathetic gaze shifted to him, he was young maybe around twenty or so. "I mean... the Shadow Proclamation will sentence her to death, and all she did, was steal a few things."
"She stole a Vortex Manipulator from a Time Agent," the cat-kind replied, "A Time Agent that there is a high probability she killed."
"I didn't kill him," the girl replied lightly, making both officers turn to face her in surprise... she hadn't said a word since she was caught. "He was alive when I left... if he bled out, that was his problem, not mine."
"You talked?" the cat-kind asked in surprise.
"I did," the girl nodded, "I have a brain, vocal chords and a tongue..." she waggled her tongue about. "See? Now like I said, I didn't kill that Time Agent, I hit him pretty hard on the head though... but that was out of self defence. I took his Manipulator so I could get away from him. I mean... what self respecting man propositions a thirteen year old girl? I'm not even legal yet!"
The humanoid sniggered at her words, making her send him a wink before looking back at the cat-kind, "To answer your questions though, I know if I helped you, you could help me," she carried on, "But the fact of the matter is, my boss wouldn't tell me where he is because if he did he knows I'd rat him out. And he knows that I'd do anything to not be sent to the Shadow Proclamation, I mean, thirteen years old and I've already been in trouble with them nine times... can't be good can it?"
A knock sounded on the door of the interrogation room before it slid open with a beep, revealing a Hath. The Hath bubbled something and the girl grinned widely before looking at the Cat-kind who was swapping a look with the confused humanoid. "What'd he say?" the humanoid asked.
"He said the Judoon are here for collection," the girl replied before looking at the Hath, "Right?" It nodded and she grinned again, "Well, nice getting to know you gentlemen, but if you don't mind my time here is up and I should really be going now." With that the clamps holding her wrists clicked open and she shot out of the room, knocking the Hath on his ass and swiping the evidence bag from his hand as she did. She ran backwards so she could see the three officers as she strapped the Vortex Manipulator to her wrist. "See you around boys!" And with that she vanished.
Earth - London - 2001
The girl appeared right beside the Thames, a few passers by giving her a shocked look for just appearing there but she just looked around like she belonged there. After deciding on where she wanted to go she set off on a walk, jogging across the street, ignoring the horns beeping at her as she did before she took off down a street towards the residential area. She was headed past a bar when screams erupted from inside, making her dart inside curiously, her gaze landing on a large... thing... brandishing what looked like a sonic blaster.
