The Arrangement (Book One)

Marcello's pov

Today is the days...I'm gonna be a dad. I exhale sharply as I rush to the hospital, 'I can't miss this'  I say to myself.

I rush into the hospital looking for her room, my mother shows me in and I stand by her side.

She grabs my hand as she begins to push, after about 10 minutes the doctor holds up a screaming baby girl.

I go into a daze looking at her, I'm brought back to reality by Sofia's scream as she pushes again, this time the doctor holding a baby boy.

I smile walking over to them "Hello Luca and Luna"

-the next day-

The guards lead us out of the hospital taking us back to the estate, I walk in the door seeing everything just how I left.

"Mom will you order some dinner I'm gonna look for Izzy"

"Sure honey" my mom says with a smile.

I walk upstairs, I open the door of our bedroom seeing her sitting on the bed reading.

"Hey babe" I say closing the door, I take my clothes off so I can get into the shower.

"Thanks for the call letting me know you weren't gonna come home" she keeps her head in her book.

"I'm sorry  I...got distracted with well, I have twins"

"Good for you"  she smiles, I notice a cut on her shoulder but I don't bother to ask about it.

"I'm gonna go greet everyone"

"Thank you"

"For what??"

"Being understanding" she nods and walks downstairs.

I stand in the shower soaping my hair and skin, I see blood in the sink, after I walk out of the shower with my towel around my waist and another one in my hand drying my hair.

I stand on the balcony seeing there's a new rose plant "Baby...did you plant??"

"Umm... yes " I look at her

"I feel like you aren't telling me something?" 

"My dad is going to try to kill us"

"Why?? How he's my dad's best friend"

"No my real dad" I look at her confused

"My real dad is very very dangerous, he was running child trafficking ring for years. He gave me to my adopted parents so no one would threaten my life but he also had me trained harder than the other kids"

"I'll send Sofia and the kids somewhere just in case" I kiss her forehead

"I can't loose you" I kiss her deeply

"Sadly I can't promise that you won't " I say truthfully looking her in the eyes

"We should umm...go have dinner with you family" I groan and we get dressed.

I look at my sleeping babies smiling and kissing then " look baby"

She walks over looking at the twins "they look like you" she whispers kissing my cheek.

"Maybe one day we can how one our own"

"Yeah maybe..." she walks away

"Hey? why are you acting so weird? Is it cause of the babies?" I pull her back caressing her cheeks and looking into her eyes.

"No no I'm just tired sorry" she smiles slightly and I peck her lips.

"Te amo" I grab her ass

"I love you to " she giggles and bites my lip
