Draco's Destiny (Draco Malfoy Fan Fic)

The Sorting:chapter one

"Valerie come on what's taking you so long" Draco said dramatically.

"Oh shut up Draco we have plenty of time, stop being such a priss".

"Whatever just don't blame me when we miss the train"

"Valerie hurry up we need to leave otherwise your not going to make it to Hogwarts" Narcissa yelled from downstairs.

"Of course Narcissa, I'll be down in a second" I could here Draco saying he told me so as I grabbed my luggage and made my way downstairs.

As soon as we got to the station Lucius apparrted off, and Narcissa told us we needed to go to platform 9 3/4. As soon as she stopped talking I dragged Draco through the station until we got to platform 9 3/4. There wasn't a mark or sign that told us that we where at the platform but Narcissa had told us that it's in between 9 and 10 before we ran off.

"Come on Draco it's through this wall"

"All right but could you shut up, I'd like to keep my ear drumbs in tacked" he whined. I rolled my eyes dramatically at his comment before I started for the wall that lead to the platform

Once we entered the platform I quickly shoved my stuff onto the train before heading back out to say goodbye to Narcissa as Draco did the same. After we said goodbye to Narcissa we made are way onto the train and quickly found a vacant compartment just as the train left the station. Shortly after two plump boys came to our compartment door as if they had something to say.

"What do you want" I asked annoyed at there presence

" Um I'm Crabbe and this is Goyle and we where wondering if, um we could join you" he gulped

"No" I said as I felt a jab of pain travel up my side " Ow, I mean sure sit down" I gritted through my teeth as I scowled at Draco. He sent me a playful smirk as I turned towards the window to avoid snapping at him.

The train ride was long and boring and I was grateful it finally came to an end as I exited the compartment with Draco and the other two baffoons that trailed behind us. There was a half giant just outside the train telling us to get in groups of four and climb into one of the many boats before us.

As we excited the boats an old grey haired lady called for all of the first years to follow after her. She lead the way to two giant doors that enter to a dining hall.

" Welcome to Hogwarts. Now in a few moments you will be passing through these doors and join your classmates, but before you can take your seats you must be sorted into your houses. There are Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin" Professor Mcgonagall stated.

Me and Draco shared a smirk before turning our attention back to Professor Mcgonagall as she continued with her boring speech about the Hogwarts houses. When she finished she told us to wait here before disappearing into the big wood doors.

" It's true then, what they where saying on the train, Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts". Draco mused

"This is Crabbe, Goyle and I'm--"
but before I could finish introducing myself Draco swooped in and cut me off.

"And I'm Malfoy, Draco Malfoy" there was a stiffled laugh coming from a red haired boy standing beside Harry Potter.

" Think his name's funny do you, there's no need to ask yours, red hair and a hand-me-down robe, you must be a weasley" I gritted through my teeth before walking over to stand beside Draco.

"You'll soon find out that some wizarding family's are better than others potter, you don't want to go making friends with the wrong sort, I can help you there" Draco continued sticking his hand out for Potter to shake.
