Abuja.
Hospital reception.
3rd person POV.
A woman in her mid thirties wore a neatly ironed blue gown with flower pattern that was above her knee and black hill that spoke nothing but class and wealth paced around in the reception of the hospital, she clearly had stressed and anxiety written all over her body.
'Relatives of Ireayomide?' A nurse said as she approached the reception.
' I am!!' The woman said as she walked towards the nurse.
'Doctor wants to see you in his office' the nurse replied
'Please is everything fine with my Niece?, is she ok?' She asked but the nurse had ignored her 'Rude'
As she went towards the doctor office different thought crept into her mind
What if she's dead? Oh my world Aunty Ebun would never forgive me, she had given me the responsibility to take care of her only daughter and now she's in the hospital 'inhale' I would never forgive me!! How had I allowed her to find out that her Mom had killed her step dad after the incident and that are mom was now in prison without trial, I'm so dead!!!
She knocked on the door as she got to the doctor's office
'' Come in '' She heard
' Good day Doc ' She said
' Good Afternoon Miss Ireti, have your seat' He said
' Yh thanks ' She said as she pulled the chair to seat ' How is she? Hope she's ok? Where is my Niece? Can I see her? Where is she?'
'Ma'am I need you to calm down, I'll answer all your questions but first, the other time she had try to commit suicide I told you not to give her any news that will stress her. Or allow her to think her think of 15th'
' Paul, I was on a call with the lawyer I didn't know Ire was there, Please what is really wrong with her?' Ireti asked
'Well she had a shock when she got the news, but she's out of danger now'
'When can I take her home?' Ireti asked
'Tomorrow, I am still carrying out some test on her' Doctor Paul said
'Thanks Paul, I am so grateful Can I see her now?'
'Sure why not '

Abuja
3rd person's POV
She had looked like she was searching for something or rather someone as she walked down this very large hallway, Amaka is a slender 18 years old girl dark in complexion, beautiful is an understatement on how this girl looks. She's putting on a white tee shirt, a crazy baggie Jean with a beanie placed on her head and a white sneakers.
'Mum' She said as she ran down the stairs 'Muummmmm' She was shouting now
'Amaka?' A woman in her probably in her mid thirties but looked like she was twenty called as she opened the door of the office. 'Do you have to scream that loud?'
'I am so sorry Mum, I was looking for You! I thought you had gone out without telling me' Amaka said as she sat down on the chair facing her Mum.
'Where to?' Mum asked and Amaka looked confused 'Where are you going to?'
'Mum I didn't tell you I was going anywhere!!'
'You pretty much don't look like you're going nowhere ' Precious said
'Well....... Mum.... ehn I wanted to go out for a ride!!' Amaka said smiling sheepishly
'I thought you were finally going to see your dad?' Her mum said
'Oh that Pastor.......' HerMum interrupted
'Point of correction Ma'am that Pastor happens to your Father'
'Argh... You just have to remind me all the time, See Mum I just got back to Nigeria and it's not as if I am leaving anytime soon, so I'll see him when I am ready'
'Why don't you get along with your Father, you always have something to complain about Amaka ' She said as placed some files in the drawer ' And Babatunde doesn't have any problem '
'Really?? Mummy really? Pastor Babatunde? Mummy did you remember the last time I came to Lagos during the Christmas festive?'
Her Mum ignored her focusing on the Laptop in front of her but Amaka continues anyway
'As usual you had force me to go and see him, I went. When I got there he started complaining about my dressing, he said I was looking like a Man, he complained about my piercings, the way I spoke and walked. He practically called me a Man, he started advising me on Marriage, he said if I looked like a Man who is going to marry me, he started quoting bible and things like that. I don't think I can go through that shit again ' Amaka concluded
'Amaka he's just after your well being, he doesn't mean any harm' Her Mum said looking up from the Laptop
'Mummy I don't care what he thinks, he has his wife and kids to worry about, he doesn't have any right to control me'
'Baby no one is trying to control You' Her Mum said
'Well I'm going' Amaka said as she stood up ' I am taking the bike, I'll be back before 6, Bye'
'Take care love ' Precious said ' I love you too, God help me'.
