It's a sunny morning in downtown Sydney, but unfortunately it's Monday and that means getting out of your warm bed for another day of hell aka High School. What could make it even worse is that Luke Hemmings sits next to you in homeroom, Maths and...... well basically every single lesson.

You get out of bed and check your phone to realise that it's an hour before school starts and you're not even ready. Quickly, you jump out of bed and rummage through a the pile of clothes you have just laying in the corner of your bedroom.

Mum: Y/N you need to get to school now before you're late again. Right, do you have everything with you? Phone? Books? Pencil case? House keys?

Y/N: Yes mum of course I do right, I'll see you when I get back home. Love you!

You bolt out of the front door and head straight to school which isn't that far away from your house (fortunately). Out of breath and your heart racing, you finally arrive at hel- I mean School, you enter your homeroom class and immediately everyone's eyes lands on you..... including Luke's.

Both you and Luke stare at each other in anger and disgust with neither of you knowing that Mr Scott is asking you to take your seat. As the silence is broken your sit down and place your books on the table.

Mr Scott: right class, before Miss Y/L/N rudely interrupted us, I wanted to let you all know that for all those that have a maths exam tomorrow morning at 9 A.M. is to be there at least 15 minutes before to be prepared.

The school bell rings and the homeroom class is finally dismissed, you put your things away and head to your first lesson of today which is Biology. As you're walking towards the science block, you feel as if someone is following you so you pick up your pace. Then an all too familiar voice perks up from behind you.

Your POV
I turn around to see Luke Hemmings standing right in front of me as we're near our Biology room.
Y/N: Yes Luke? What do you want?

Luke: Well, since you asked. I need help with maths revision and I want you to help me, my mum said if I don't pass this exam she's having me homeschooled and we can't have that. Now can we.

Y/N: What's so bad about being homeschooled Luke?

Luke: Because if I don't pass this exam and get homeschooled instead, I won't have you to pick on every day.
As Luke pushes past you to head to Biology you walk with him rolling your eyes as you make your way to your first lesson.
