At the end of the magical portal reveals' a cottage one of which is out of sight from Avalon. Roxanne and the mysterious zodiac sign settle into their new home away from civilization. As any child, Roxanne had so many burning questions to annoy her temporary mom. Her new mom had short red curly hair, olive skin, her nose and cheeks dusted with freckles and bright amber eyes.

Roxanne: "Mom what's your real name"? Mysterious zodiac sign: "My name is Carol". Roxanne: "Mom can I go outside"? Carol: Yes sweetheart. Just make sure to come back here before it gets too dark, don't talk to any strangers and please call me Carol". Roxanne: "Okay bye mom. Sorry I mean Carol". Roxanne walks around in the woods where the wind hit the leaves that created a faint lullaby. Even though it was super warm outside, she played with the fallen leaves. She laughs as she builds a big tower of leaves and knocks them down by rolling and jumping into them.

Afterwards she spots a cave in the shadows just beyond the woods. Roxanne: "I'm sure Carol will understand". While walking in the cave, she stepped on something hard but it still snapped. No not sticks more like bones but that didn't scare her. She walked deeper and deeper into the cave until she heard voices. Roxanne: "Hello"? The voices turned silent. Roxanne: "Is someone there"? She asked as she crept forward. Voice 1: "Are you lost"? Roxanne stops and tries to look at the person talking but all she could see was a dark figure. Roxanne: "No but I saw this cave and I wanted to come and explore". Voice 1:  "Are you alone"? Roxanne: "Yes...what about you"?

Voice 1: "I am never alone". Then the light from the entrance hit the figure's face and the eyes reflected a dark purple gleam. Roxanne: "My name is Roxanne, what is your name"? A pause. Voice 1: "Valerie." Roxanne: "Beautiful name" ,she said with a smile. Valerie: "Indeed". Roxanne:" Valerie why are you in this cave? Don't you want to come out and play"? Valerie scoffs. Valerie: "Play? With how the world is it's not a safe place to play". Roxanne: "Oh". Roxanne frowns and then she looks back and notices that its now nighttime. Roxanne: " Well its getting late and I better go back home. It was nice meeting you Valerie maybe I can come back and see you tomorrow bye". Valerie looked at Roxanne with an agonizing stare. She never felt this way at least before Roxanne explored her cave.

Roxanne happily hurried home and told Carol everything. Carol: "Hello my dear welcome home". she said as she gave Roxanne a hug. Roxanne: "Carol you won't believe who I met today", she said with a beaming smile. Carol: "Who"? Roxanne: "Valerie". Carol: "Valerie? Who is she"? Roxanne: "She's the kind woman who let me enter her cave". Carol: "What? A cave? Honey I told you not to talk to any strangers". Roxanne: "Well she looked afraid and I just thought that she wanted to come outside". Carol: "Roxanne I told you not to talk to any strangers". Roxanne: "Why not? What if she needed help"? Carol: "I know you're a sweet girl but I'm sorry I told you to not talk to any strangers and I just wanted you to be safe".

Roxanne: " I understand but look I'm fine I just wanted to explore but I'm sorry for worrying you". Roxanne trudged herself upstairs before Carol could say anything to stop her. She fell into her miniature bed and stared up then suddenly the ceiling grew brighter. The strong, cool breeze opened up the window so she got up and closed her window, but just as she was about to close it she noticed a bright light. It was so beautiful she thought. The light kept growing and growing and then it came into her room. Roxanne got on her bed and just as the light got on the floor it spilt into two different lights and then the room was dark again.

She couldn't believe her eyes as she saw two tall women collapsed on her floor. Roxanne: "Who are you, and what are you doing in my room"? Jenny: "I'm Jenny", she said as she smiled and bowed. Mimi: "And I'm Mimi", she also smiled and bowed. Jenny and Mimi: "And together we're Gemini". Roxanne gave a confused look. Roxanne: "Who"? Mimi: "Oh have you not heard of us before"? Roxanne shook her head. Mimi: "Well we were sent from up above to help you". Roxanne:" Help me with what"? Mimi: "That's what zodi-". Jenny lightly elbows Mimi on her side.  Mimi: " Umm I mean we are your spiritual guides". Roxanne: "So you two are like my fairy god mothers". Mimi: "What"? Jenny: "Yes and we are here to help guide you on your journey". Roxanne: "I think you have the wrong girl I'm not going on a journey".

Jenny:" On the contrary you did this morning to a cave". Roxanne:" Woah I thought you're fairy god mothers not stalkers". Jenny: "Anyways who were you talking to"? Roxanne: "Just a woman". Jenny: "Name"?  Roxanne: "She told me her name was Valerie". Mimi: "Valerie"? Roxanne nodded. Jenny: "Valeria". Mimi: "Oh no no it can't be her anyone but her". Roxanne: "Who's Valeria"? Jenny: "She's an evil witch who's out to get you and if you're not careful you'll end up putting all of us into danger". Roxanne: "Why me"? Jenny: "She cursed you". Roxanne: " What did she curse me with"? Jenny: "We don't know and we won't know until we get you out of this place and put it to the test". Roxanne: "Hold on I'm not leaving this is my home I can't just leave". Mimi:" I know it sounds scary but don't think of it like that think of it this way you'll discover new places with your new best friends". Jenny: "Acquittances''. Roxanne: "Okay but what about Carol"? 

Both women danced and stars left their fingertips as Roxanne watched with astonishment. Another figure appeared on Roxanne's bed.  Roxanne: "No way that's me"! Mimi: " Yes and she's such an angel". Roxanne: "Awe thankyou".  Jenny: " An angel who can't talk". Roxanne: "What's that supposed to mean"?  Jenny: "Our magic is able to manipulate the human form but not the vocals". Roxanne: "Okay so what happens now"? Jenny:" Now we start heading out and break your curse". Mimi: " Yay this is going to be so much fun"! Jenny: " We'll see". All three women climbed down the window one by one. Roxanne: "Goodbye home", she said in a soft whisper as she was the last one to climb down and leave.
