I looked at my phone screen, picked up my bag and walked out of the house. I texted Jin Ah and Ji Hun that I am leaving early and put on my headphones.
I walked past the book store and down the street. There were a number of alleys connected to the main road which made it easier sometimes - it helped reach home quickly. But I avoided them at night because most of the drunk ass men found there way home from these alleys.
