Here is the ball,not a title saying it's the ball but really it's not.
Hermione's P.O.V.
I stood with Ginny,Luna and Pansy as we waited for the carriages.There was a slight breeze in the air and I stood with the white furry coat that Draco had gotten for me.
The carriages finally arrived and we got into one.Luna pet the thestrals a few times and then we were off.We reached Hogsmeade and got out.
"I know an amazing store.It's a little out of the way but it has gorgeous dresses".Pansy said leading us to a store I hadn't noticed before.It was behind a tall tree,cut to look like a dove.It was called 'Dalias Dresses'.
We went inside and was greeted by the store owner,Dalia."Hello girls.I take it your searching for dresses to the Halloween ball"?We nodded and she led us over to the according section.It was filled with amazing dresses.
Luna went first and we walked around trying to find dresses that fit her instructions.
1.Lace,but not too much
2.Colors
3.Patterns
4.White but not too much
After 10 minutes we regrouped at the dressing rooms and Luna tried on each of our dresses.First was Pansy.
She had picked out a short dress with lace on the back.It was white with pink accents and looked really petty.When Luna came out,it didn't really look her style.
Next was my dress.I had picked out a yellow one with small white butterflies on it.When Luna came out,we decided that it wasn't that great either.
Finally,we saw Ginnys dress.It was white with splashes of color everywhere.Luna came out and we gasped.It looked amazing!
She smiled and twirled around."It looks wonderful doesn't it"she asked going back to take it off.We nodded."That's the one"I said.

Next was Pansys turn.We did the same thing and met up at the changing room.
Pansys instructions:
1.Something short
2.White and pink
My dress had floating ribbons and it had a miniskirt.it had light pink accents.Pansy came out and we shook our heads.It wasn't right.
Next was Ginnys dress.This one had light pink ribbons and was a soft white.Pansy shook her head as she came out.
Finally was Lunas dress.It was white and had a small skirt. It was light pink and Pansy loved it."This is the one"she said.We agreed and she folded it up and put her normal cloths back on
