Unus Annus (part one, an overview of the video for when its deleted)

(Im fairly certain this video will be taken down soon, so ill give a brief recap and get my addition to the theory published hopefully some time soon.
Feel free to theorize in the comments until then, id love to add on or maybe even have someone disprove my theory before i put it out.
Id still publish it for perspective but id put a disclaimer that someone already said something to 100% properly disprove it.)

Matpat talks in this video about codes hidden throughout Unus Annus videos and shows us some examples.

Some talk about pee sauna and others seem to be self aware

Matpat proposes that the world we see is a simulation and Mark and Ethan arent actually Mark and Ethan, but Unus and Annus. Two characters.

Theres evidence that they play characters through the editing/jokes made/scary self refrences, so it makes sense how they die so much in the videos, there arent any continuity problems because of the fact that they are characters trapped in a simulation, consiousnesses that were moved to machinery to keep the people they represent alive.

Matpat then goes on to talk about the timer and how someone in the system is trying to stop the clock but here's where it gets interesting. It probably isnt Unus or Annus (as Matpat theorizes), but the editor, Marc. He is a canon character in the simulation and probably became self aware.

The reason he gives for it being Marc (god i hope im spelling that right, my brain is movong so fast im probably messing it up) is that all the clues involve editing. And the fact that some of them are even in the editing software in videos where it zooms out from the computer he is editing at and its kinda like inception.

Just another layer of reality to deal with.

Another clue, as to how to stop the timer.

Then he gets caught, matpat theorizes that the person in charge of the simulation and the one that will stop the clock is the grim reaper. The channel deletion is all about death, after all. The grim reaper finds out what Marc is doing, and Marc freaks out, informing us in another coded message that he found out he was trying to stop the clock.

Matpat just continues to ramble and give more evidence that my lazy ass cant be bothered to recite because this is a long video and if someone wants to trans script it for me so that i can put it here then go ahead but i dont necessarily NEED all of that to talk about my part of the theory in part 2 to this chapter.
