Chapter 11: First show

Marits POV:

"Aaaah noo" I said waking up. I looked around I found myself in my bunkbed. Oh great it was just a nightmare.

I opened the curtains of my bunkbed to find a dark hallway. Okay so everyone is still asleep... I can't sleep anymore. I looked at my phone and saw the time. 06:04.

I climbed out of my bunkbed and tiptoed to the bathroom. I changed into black jeans with a comfy grey sweater. I walked up to the kitchen and made myself some tea. I went with my tea to the livingroom and sat down on the couch facing the back window. We were still driving on the highway.

I put in my earpods and started listening to Ed Sheerans album +. Love these songs in the morning. I watched the cars behind us and started daydreaming while sipping my tea.

All of a sudden I feel a hand on my shoulder.

"Aahhh" I screamed. Looking into the familiar eyes of Niall. He chuckled. "Niall you just gave me a heart attack" I said with one hand on my heart.

"Haha sorry love, I said goodmorning like twice before coming over" Niall said.

"I was just listening to music and didn't expect anyone this early" I chuckled.

"Why are you up this early anyway?" Niall asked sitting next to me with a cup of tea. He placed his tea on the table and grabbed his guitar.

"Couldn't sleep anymore" I said.

"Same, really excited for the show tonight" Niall said tuning his guitar.

"Yeah me too" I said. "I don't even have to perform but still I am excited"

Niall chuckled. He started playing "Irresistible".

"Don't try to make me stay,
Or ask if I'm okay.
I don't have the answerrrr" Niall sang. He looked at me expectedly. Okay fine.

We finished the song together.

"Damn Marit your voice is amazing" Niall exclaimed.

"Awh thank you Ni" I said blushing.

"Can you sing "All too well" by Taylor Swift?" Niall asked.

"Uh I don't know but I know the words" I said shyly. Niall chuckled and started playing the song.

"I walked through the door with you,

and I left my scarf there at your sister's house

We finished the song together again.

"Wow I am impressed!" Niall exclaimed. "Liam is not the only one who can sing in the Payne family"
