"Why do you keep doing that?" you asked curiously. "Doing what?" Zack replied. "You keep twitching.. Is it because of me?" "Yea it is" He said scratching his neck. You adjusted yourself on his lap, facing him, with your knees on both sides. You gave him a confused look. "Because of that damn face of yours" "My face?!" "Yea and that damn smile alright! Geez now you know" He said looking the other way. You hadn't thought about how this could be effecting Zack. Every time you smiled or were happy about anything, how did he feel about it? Was he restraining himself from slicing you open? We're you making his self control worst? You decided to get up and go in the room. As you were trying to get up Zack grabbed your wrist. "Where the hell are ya going?!" "In the room.." You said looking away. "Why?" Zack asked sternly but confused. "Because.. I don't wanna talk to you right now!" You snatched back your arm and walked down the hall into the room. The door was broke so you couldn't exactly shut it. You went over to the phone and texted Melv, telling him you wanted to go shopping. He agreed and said he would be on his way in about 30 mins. You turned on your back, thinking, while looking at the ceiling. Did I do the right thing just then? I hope he's not mad.. I just don't want him to suffer because of me, Ugh I hope I didn't make the wrong decision. I didn't even see he his face when I said it. He's not mad right? Am I over thinking? Suddenly, you heard the front door slam. You left the bed and went into the living room. Zack and his Scythe were no where to be found. You hurried out the front door but didn't see him anywhere. Just as you turned to go inside you noticed Zack sitting beside the door with his scythe.

(Basically like this but without the jacket, aww look at his little frown 🥺) "I thought you didn't want to talk to me" Zack said gritting his teeth. "Are you mad at me?" You said hurt. "I don't know what I feel right now.. bad? I don't fucking know" He replied. You sat infront of him, With your hands on your knees. "I didn't mean it okay? I just.. Don't want you to suffer because of me" Zack shot up, startling you. "Suffer?! What the hell are you talking about!" "You said you keep twitching because of me smiling! I'll stop if you want! I don't want to burden you!" You said tearing up. "Listen princess.. I do what I want. If you were really burdening me, I would've been killed you and that smile of yours keeps me on edge" He grinned and leaned forward, "You make feel different, When you said you didn't wanna talk to me.. I felt weird, like bad?" "I didn't mean it.. I just thought.." You looked at him, "You want me to smile?" "I mean the twitching does get pretty damn annoying, but you excite me" He put his scythe to your neck, making you stand up with him. "Geez, girlfriends are complicated" He smirked. "S-Shut up! I just thought- Zack cut you off with a kiss, you hadn't kissed since the night Rachel died and it was nice. But soon, you were interrupted. *Beep Beep* It was the red shoes guy. "Geez, are you two finna bang on the front porch?" He shouted out the car. "Ah- Shut up !!" You yelled while Zack was laughing. "Anyways, you coming or what?" "Yea!" You turned to Zack and he just stared back. You kissed him and turned to leave. You hopped in the front seat and You looked out the window to see Zack going inside. "Okay let's go!" Melv drove you to a couple of stores and he paid for it all. The food, clothes for you and Zack, shoes and etc. There was one last store to go to and you insisted on going in alone and paying for yourself. Melv had been extremely cautious and wouldn't let you go anywhere by yourself, you assumed Zack had put him up to it. You needed to grab hygiene stuff and Melv agreed to let you go in alone. You walked in and were looking at the shelves and someone caught your attention. It was a guy in a suit with black hair who looked familiar. Wait.. Saki?! You ducked before he could see you. Oh no.. This isn't good. You grabbed what you needed and hurried to the cash register to pay when you noticed you didn't bring any money. Did I leave it at the house? Dammit I should've let Red shoes guy pay. "Ma'am I'm gonna need you to pay" The cashier erged. "Um I- "I got it" Immediately A man came out of nowhere and payed for it. He turned to you and his eyes widened. "Y/n??!?! It that really you!" He asked shocked. Before you could get anything out he hugged you. "I thought you were dead.. They had found that little girl, Im so glad your safe" "D-Detective Saki.. I'm glad to see you too" You replied trying to escape the hug. He let go and you made eye contact. His dark eyes were staring into your soul but somehow they were comforting. "Where have you been?!" He exclaimed. "I ran away.. It was to much for me" You technically didn't lie. "You should've told me! You know I care for you" "I'm sorry I should've but Saki I have to go" You said trying to get pass him. "Wait a minute, did you just lie? Are you with the killer or something?" Dammit, He's a damn good detective. "No of course not!" you exclaimed. "Is someone waiting for you?" He asked. This isn't good.
