"Eliza!" "What!" I shout from my room but my crazy mother doesn't reply back which means I have to go downstairs. I roll my eyes as I approach the kitchen where my mother is standing.
Your tutor is coming at six. "What tutor I don't need any toutoring!" " Yea you do you got a high B on your report card." She says. My mother always wants me to succeed but sometimes she can be overwhelmed I tried to explain to her I was stressed all week and that why I broke my streak on having A's but I knew she wouldn't understand.
I hear a knock on my door. I opened it and I couldn't believe who was standing in front of me. JADEN. I was screaming on the inside but I just rolled my eyes and stepped aside so he can come in. You see ,Jaden and I have known each other since kindergarten and our parents forced us to have play dates since they went to high school together. So we despised each other since he called me a Bitch in the 3rd grade. He apologized but I never got over it and plus he started getting popular in the 5th grade and I was always the outsider.
"So I didn't think I was toutoring you" he finally says. "I didn't know either" I say. He was on toutoring because he got detation for a month and had to do something to get out of it. We went over math first and it was easy since I don't need toutoring at all but he knew that.
We spent all night laughing and talking about how our families are so messed up. And we kept finding videos of us when we were little and we were cringing. We laught at each other's stories. And how we imagined our high school experience would be. And just for a minute I forgot how much of an ass he is.he kept staring at me throughout the poem we were revising and I kept looking at him back. I could tell he was blushing. I was too.
" I gotta ask you something " he stop with the reading and I look up. I swallowed hard I knew I wasn't going to like this conversation.
"Yeah" I say my voice cracking.
