ALEX WILSON, an off-duty officer for the Coast Guard, never expected to work at a place like Jurassic World. She had always been a military woman, like the rest of her family. Her six brothers were all in either the Navy, the Army, or the Air Force and didn't plan on leaving their positions any time soon. So, it comes as a surprise when Alex accepts a job offer at the esteemed Jurassic World.
What Alex doesn't expect to find, at the dinosaur filled park, is a connection with one of the ancient creatures. More specifically, the t-rex. Despite the surprises she encounters, she finds herself content with a life on the small island and enjoys her job more than she can imagine.
When everything turns to hell though, Alex's life and happiness is threatened and she must find a way to survive, because if she doesn't, SHE'LL PERISH.
