As nightfall loomed overhead with clouds everywhere in sight the black cloaked people stood under the darkness with a ton of porcelain masked people. They stood in a circle with candles lit. As they each held on to them.
In the middle of this circle were two little girls ties down with ropes and the ends were hit in with stakes. There glorious leader stood infront of them with a hood over her head. She spoke with spice," we are all brought here by the one! The true one! who brings the darkness to our soul. He is going to bring us the light. So that we can diminish its spirit. All behold the true god mammon!"
Behind her was a table. On it was a cloth as something was wrapped in it, a bible and a couple candles with a cup. The leader stood tall with her arms in the air. as she screamed again," he has brought us here for a reason! Not only to bring him forth to this world but to renown him as our one true being! All of you chant with me."
She used her mind. They all felt a tingle that told them to speak. They all yelled in unison," bring the shadows to the light! Rejoice in its glory, see its name and understand its meaning! We are here as warriors of the shadows! We will fight as your insurgents of truth!"
The leader took her hood off showing herself as katrina. She walked to the table and grabbed the cup. She cut her skin pouring the blood into a cup. Then she spoke with vigor," i have brought you here for the promise that's far greater than wealth power or lust. You will bring forth the one being of this realm. The true being. With the blood of the innocent you will feel his motive. Come one! come all! its time to start the show."
She grabbed the long jagged silver knife with its black handle from its cloth as she unfolded it slowly. She walked up to the children saying," your sacrifice will not be in vein. Under the darkness we bring you forth. Come unto us in the name of bliss. So that we shall know you name and feel your wrath! accept us onto you my lord! as we call your name.!
They all chanted mammon. They could feel a dark presence looming above there heads as they continued on chanting," all power is his. All might belongs under his hand. He is the trueness that seeks no reward other than following his order." The presence above turned to black smoke. As it cirulated into the air above..
Kat went up to the children. She stabbed there sides. As she let it drip in the chaliced cup with its golden glow. She took a sip. Then passed it to each of her followers. As they drank it there eyes glowed yellow with a darkness to them.
Then katrina spoke again," in your name we sacrifice the innocent! So that you shall feel our meaning to your understanding. In your name we give you this harvest. So that you know we follow you to the end.
She began to stab the children.. They screamed in agony. Till they couldnt scream anymore. Then there souls essence floated into the air. Right into the black cloud. They watched it grow. It made a thunderous cracking noise. As it sent blacklightning down on katrina.
After that it dissapeared. All the followers started to leave heading back towards town.

When it was daylight annie had stopped to see greg in the hospital. He was pissed and rowdy the whole time. as he was yelling at annie and the doctors cussing them out. He had fractured ribs and a broken arm.
Annie gladly left after she dropped him off a pattie melt. She told him she was going to the funeral. When she  arrived at the funeral everyone was out back throwing in roses ontop the coffin. She stood in the back by herself. Barnibie left jessie to stand next to her. As he said," isnt it a ashame what happened to her. She was to young. Jessie and her were friends. So i brought her here to say goodbye." Annie replied with sorrow saying," ya I've known her since she was a child. She always came in to Molly's. We would chat. She was a good one. Its sad what happened.
Annie went to eat. Barnibie saved her a seat next to him and jessie. Annie sat next to jessie and they talked awhile. Annie didnt eat. She wasn't in the mood for her sadness not just for denise but greg too wouldnt let her.
After awhile she told ramona im sorry and left. She grabbed jewels and they left to open Molly's for the night shift.
They opened up and she put on her apron for buisness. After a couple hours Barnibie came in with jessie. Annie said hungry already!" As she laughed. He replied smiling saying we're getting dessert! banana splits!"
She went in the back to get them ready. She came back out. Gave it to them and went out for a smoke. As she was out there robby came by. He tipped his hat to her and said nice to see you mam!" She laughed saying," didnt i just see you at the funeral. You're eating again too?" He laughed this time saying yup! Gotta get my tummy full so i can drink again. Im a go celebrate her life tonight. Im a need jewel's hearty cookin! She's the only one around here that can make a Philly the way i like it with the apple pie on the side. Delicious!" He lit a smoke up.
They chatted as robby was a personable person. Baribie had been staring at them the whole time. Jessie yelled at him saying are you even listening to me. He replied ya you said some words about your mom! I dont want her taking you from me. You're the only thing i have in this word jess. I dont want to lose you!" She replied dad you'll never lose me!"
When annie came back in. she went back to work. As the hours passed the sun downed itself from its half massed dawn to full darkness. Her and jewels closed up shop. Jewels went up to her upstairs apartment. While annie started up her old rusty buick. She seen that two of her tires were popped so she started to walk home.
As she was walking down the long scary road to the gas station with darkness all around her. She thought she felt eyes on her the whole time. She was always scared to walk this long desserted road. She reached in her purse. She felt around. She grabbed the handle of her glock. She just wanted to know it was there. She felt a breeze gust by. She thought someone was close to her. So she picked up her pace.
She was almost to the the gas station. As she seen the lights of it illuminating infront of her. Then zoom a truck passed by. it looked like jeremy with a red haired beauty.
She made it to the gas station with its front glass window. She walked in to grab a sprite and smokes.
There were a couple people in there. One was Jeremy with the red head. She said hi jeremy!" He didnt turn around. He was grabbing a 24 pack of budweiser. When he turned around he bobbed his head at her and kept moving.
Annie didnt like that he said nothing. It kinda pissed her off for she was a friendly lady and liked it when people noticed her niceties. She stepped infront of him. Cutting him off. As she said nice to see you jer!"
He looked her up and down. It seemed like he didnt know who she was. as he replied skeptical," the names Gus! Who are you. He showed a smile with a missing tooth.
Annie replied baffled," you know me! You've always known me." He said ok. Then he kept going. She went up paying for her stuff. As she thought weird. She seen a shadowy man standing next to a car blowing smoke into the air.
She walked out and took off down the road to her house. As she was going down the road. She felt the eyes again but this time she heard a noise. She turned around to see that car with the man blowing smoke out the window. He was steadily creeping on her slowly with his car on tje wrong side of the road. As she was on the left side. He kept following her. So she sped up. It sped up. She screamed at it," what do you wsnt!" The man said nothing. He just kept following her.
She had to cross the street so she ran across but tripped in her pink high heels as mollys uniform was all pink with a white apron with pockets. She picked herself up and ran towards her house. The car followed her. It stopped infront of the house. Whoever it was opened the door. Annie ran to her yard booking it up the stairs. She made it to the front door. She pulled her keys out fumbling around to open the door. Whoever it was started walking toward her. She screamed," what do you want with me! Leave me alone!" The man stood silent for a moment. Then he creepily replied," lil annie lets play a game. What brings me to you! Is it your glow? I dont know? Is it your beauty? Maybe or could it be that your the sweetest candy on the block! I think so. The name of this game is you belong to me! You can run and hide but in the end your home is my home."
Annie heard the click of the knob and ran in slamming it behind her. She quickly deadbolted the door relieved. The man walked up to the side window. He stood there in the shadows. As he spoke a haunting message," ill be back my dear. You belong to me. That man doesnt deserve you. Thats why he's where he belongs. I would never hurt you. I will have you one way or another! You will be mine"
Annie screamed back im calling the cops" she heard the man laughing saying," they cant stop me! I will be back my love! For you! Then a moment later she heard his car start up and pull away.

Jeremy had taken his wife Janine to Denise's funeral. They had stayed till everyone went to eat. Then he took his wife home. So he could get ready for work. Which was an hour away. He worked at a powerplant as an engineer.
He left for work or so he said. He went to his truck and sat in it. As he was sitting in it. he heard a voice talking to him in his head saying," my turn buddy. I want to have some fun tonight! let me out or im coming. Jeremy looked in the mirror hanging in his truck. His facial expressions changed as they spoke to eachother.
You see ever since jeremy was a child he had another side to him. His mother noticed it first. He would be shy one moment. Then boom he was a chatterbox. She thought this isnt my little man. So she said jeremy are ok baby boy!" He replied its Gus mother! Dont cha know! She laughed saying ok jayo! Whatever you say"
At first she thought it was adorable that maybe her son had a made up friend but as he had gotten older it didnt stop it was night and day. So she took him to the doctor and he was put on medication.
At first he took it but after aehile. She noticed he was depressed. Not the same jeremy she was use to. He'd just sit in his room all day doing nothing. So she asked him," whats a matter bug?" He answered her with a blah attitude," nothing! i just dont feel the same without gus! We talk all the time. Now nothing. Its just not as fun anymore!"
His mother kinda liked having two sons. She knew her child was special a lil weird but she thought thats my baby im taking away what makes him whole. So she told him you dont have to take them if you dont want to. So he didnt and gus came back.
Jeremy thought of him as his brother. As they talked all the time. They'd fight! They'd get along! They'd take there turn in the light. Jeremy didnt mind and neither did Gus.
So as Jeremy sat in his truck talking to himself. he asked gus," we're cheating on janine! I cant do that. I love her." Then his facial expression changed to a grin as it replied in a low hoarse voice," you're not jay! Im having fun! not you! So as i see it. Im getting what i want. Which is the ladies of the night. My night." Jeremy's face saddened as he replied in a higher pitch," ok gus." It changed back into the smirk as gus replied," buck up champ! You're not doing anything wrong! Plus that woman loves you and the gift i gave us! So stop complaining! Ill talk to her if you want?" Jeremy answered with a bit more of a chipper spirit saying," no that fine! Lets go!
So they drove away. Gus picked up a tall mountain of a woman with legs up to the sky. Who had red hair named kimberly. He took her to the gas station to pick up some booze. Then they went to the shimmer for some late night fun.
After they were done. He went to drop her off. She asked him if they could be more?" Gus had answered her sharply saying," you know the deal! I dont do that but thanks for playing! She slapped him and he replied with a sarcastic voice,"same time tomorrow!" She slammed the door and angerly stomped away. He knew she'd come back. As they always came back.
He drove home. When he arrived he found janine watching tv. She said," home early tonight or what?" Jeremy happily answered," why yes dear. I missed you so much. I had to leave." She smiled as she ran and jumped into his arms.
He carried her to their room. Which had a king sized bed with black covers. He tossed her on the bed. As he jumped ontop of her. They made sweet passionate love all night.
