This may or may not be a happy ending for the main couple. I just had this idea and I want to write a oneshot where you know, you'll see😳 So if you don't like where this is going, you can gladly skip it☺️

"Hyung can I talk to you?" Hoseok said in a tone where Yoongi never heard of.

He nodded and close his laptop and followed Hoseok who led them in the living room. And as they got there, Yoongi saw a big duffle bag and a luggage, ready.

"Hoseok, why's your luggage and bag in here," Yoongi now felt scared.

Hoseok's back is still on him and head down.

"I want to break up with you,"

Those words felt like knives that stabbed Yoongi right now.

"W-what do you mean?" Yoongi grab Hoseok's arm and turn him around.

"Look at me," and he did.

His eyes are red and his face is pale.

"I can't go on anymore,"

"Can't go on? Could you please explain it to me?" Yoongi asked softly, trying to calm both of them down.

"E-ever since we started our jobs, we've been drifting apart. Whenever I tried to make time for us to hang out or do something together, you will always have excuses. You can't even have time to take care of yourself hyung,"Hoseok continued.

"And I know and I respect your job but you never have time for us. And this has been going for months that why I've....... I've been thinking that maybe it's better for us to focus on what's needed to be,"

"Hoseok, we- we don't have to do this. I-I'll make us time uhmm we'll go to the places you've been wanting to visit," seeing that the younger doesn't seem to faze, Yoongi realizes.

He haven't paid attention to his lover to the point he made him feel lonely which he promised to never do so. He haven't taken him to visit the places they had plan a year ago and they haven't been going on their small little dates where he'll surprised him and get him flowers.

And now, that's all gone and it's all because of him. As he bit his lips and reach out for Hoseok's hands, he asked.

"And that is?" Yoongi voice went down.

Silence filled the air before Hoseok answers.

"Is for us to go part ways"

Hoseok finally look up at Yoongi, showing him such a painful smile that didn't help Yoongi to suppress his tears.

"I enjoyed our time together hyung and I hope you do too."

"Of course how could.....how could I not," Yoongi's crying really hard now.

"You know that I care for you,"

"Mhmm"

"You know that i adore you,"

"M-mhmm"

"You know that I get worried about you all the time,"

"Mhmm"
