Patricia POV-
"I do" I said, looking deeply into the green eyes staring back into my blue ones. "I now pronounce you husband and wife", my eyes shut softly upon hearing these words and Kevin leaned in, capturing my thin, slimy lips in his own dry, crusty ones. I can hear the muffled tears of my mother as she buried her face in her handkerchief and the sniffles of Nick and Joe as they watched the ceremony progress. I pull my head up from the kiss with tears in my eyes as the o
rchestra starts to sound. I turn to Kevin and lace his long fingers in between my own short ones. We take a step down and continue to walk slowly back down the isle. I feel my eyes start to fill up with tears as I think about the future that awaits me. I have the man of my dreams and my life is all set out for me. I'm a teacher at Isegg Elementary school teaching the 4th grade and I absolutely adore my job. I feel Kevin's hand slip away from my own as his mother pulls me into a delicate hug. "oh Patricia I'm so happy Kevin found a beautiful girl like you" she exclaimed pulling herself away from me just enough for her gaze to meet mine. I was about to respond when suddenly I was yanked to the other direction and pulled into the embrace of both Joe and Nick at once. Joe shifted me in their grasp until his lips found my ear, "wow you smell a lot like corndogs" he whispered, red slowly creeping up my face as I felt myself blush at his remarks. I was caged in from both sides as people came up congratulating me then moving on to go speak to both my parents and Kevin. I slipped out of the hug and the crowd around us started to fade out as they headed out to the parking lot to drive over to the hotel where the reception was being held. "We should probably get going poopy plum" Kevin whispered into my ear. I melted into his arms upon hearing the nickname that he had given me on our second date and he scooped up my legs in his arms and carried me out to the waiting limo. Once we were safely inside he reached inside his pocket. "Trish" he said, pulling my foot into his lap and gently pulling off my diamond studded heels so he could caress my toes the way he always does. "I meant to give you this before the wedding but better late than never right?". With that he pulled his hand out and placed a box in my lap. On the front of the box the word "Kay" was engraved and I instantly knew what it was. "Oh my god Kev you shouldn't have" I exclaimed jerking open the lid to see the golden cheese stick pendent that I had seen in a shop window while shopping together on our third date. I lifted it out of its box and placed it gently around my neck. "I love you so much Kev" I say, pulling him into a hug before lifting my head and alerting the driver that we were here. Kevin hopped out of the door and raced around the back, paying the driver and opening the door for me. Kevin grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the car. I raced after him and just as I was about to round the corner to the front of the car I saw a hand reach out of the drivers window and brush across mine then felt something being dropped into it. I continued after Kevin not wanting to be left behind and as we reached the door I brought the paper to my face and read the large print
