Chapter 2

As we arrived at school I instantly spotted Zayn and Harry. The two bad boys also know as my bullies. They are the reasons I have so many bruises. I tried to walk in the school building avoiding them

"Aye blondie don't avoid us!" I heard Zayns deep scary voice from behind me.

"Hey mate how about you leave him alone yeah? Before I beat the shit out of you" liam yelled angrily standing in front of me

"No come on liam they aren't worth-" I tried to say but Liam cut me off

"NO NIALL! They are worth it! They have been beating you up since the 8th grade and I'm fucking tired of it. I seen your bruises niall.... They hurt you." He said angry at first but started to calm down as he saw the terrified expression on my face.

"Oh is lover boy here sticking up for you? Huh? Fag!" Harry yelled

"Shut the fuck up styles!" Liam yelled walking toward them and punching Harry straight in the jaw

I started to run over there and stop them but Louis tapped my shoulder and mouthed the word 'don't' and shook his head. I shook my head back and ran towards them.

"Liam stop!!" I yelled trying to pull Liam off of Harry "please Liam! Liam stop! Stop!" I yelled yanking at his shirt "please! Your hurting him!"

Liam looked at me with sorrow in his eyes and got off of him "sorry Niall but you can't let them do that to you" he said hugging me

I pushed him softly off me and walked over to Harry. God he looked awful. I don't care how mean somebody is. They don't deserve this.

"Harry are you ok?" I asked trying to pick him up and take him to the nurses and Zayn helped grabbing his other side and we finally got him up and to the nurses. We sat him down on the nurse bed thing and Zayn went and got the nurse

"Is everything ok here boys?" She asked looking at Harry with sadness in her eyes. He was beat up bad

"Yes everything's fine mrs. Green he just got hurt coming up the stairs" Zayn said looking at Harry.

"Ok boys thank you for bringing him I will fix him up and send him home. You two may go to your classes" she smiled warmly and walked over to Harry. We nodded and walked out

"Why did you help him?" Zayn asked stopping infront of me

I stopped quickly so he wouldn't hurt me "w-w-what do y-you m-mean?" I asked backing up as far as I could from him

"I mean... Why? Why would you help him after all we have done to you?" He asked walking closer

"B-because n-nobody deserves to b-be hurt t-that bad, no matter h-how m-mean they a-are" I stuttered

Zayn looked at me sternly. Like he was looking for a lie. Then, he said something that I have never heard him say before....

"Thank you" he said, then he turned and walked away to leave me there alone.

I stood there dumbfounded for a moment, then I didn't want to be late so I quickly ran to my class room and took a seat, just as the bell rang.

This day has gotten weird already..
