1) dream turns into a child and is worse then tommy

2) dream gets sick and the others don't know

3) george, fundy and dream take a walk in the the woods and they get sucked into a portal

4) dream has a nightmare and sapnap comforts him

5) sapnap and george visit Florida to see
Dream without telling him but something bad happens

6) dream gets in a car crash

7)  dream gets the hanaki disease
