It was another rambunctious morning in the burrow, Coraline had managed to sleep in which wasn't usual for her but the Weasley's decided it would be best to leave her be, or so she thought. She quickly turned over onto her left side pulling the soft knit blanket that Molly had made herself up to her face with a smile as she felt someone jump on top of her.
"MOOOOOORNING!!" George yelled as she let out a soft groan that was very quickly followed by a laugh, "I've been coming to check up on you every few minutes ya know, Fred and I have been bored out of our minds without you, to be honest we're surprised all the noise in the house didn't wake you up."
She wasn't, she was so used to the noise in that house she could sleep through a nuclear war if she wanted to.
"You know I was planning on continuing to sleep." Davis said as she shifted her head to look up at the red headed boy.
"You moved which means you were awake, time to start the day! Get up!" George said as he jumped to his feet and grabbed both of her hands. Cora was quickly yanked up and away from her warm blanket and placed onto her feet.
"YOU'RE UP!!" A voice called out, it was laced with utmost excitement. As Coraline and George shifted their heads they were met with the sight of Fred, the three musketeers the three of them were, they have been for years. "We were bored out of our-.".
Cora quickly cut Fred off and laughed, "Your minds, I know, I know George told me, I promise to never sleep in past-." The blonde paused and turned her head to look at the alarm clock in the boy's room, "Ten o'clock ever again I am extremely sorry." She said as she turned her head back to face the twins who were now right next to each other.
"You better be." they said in unison, the tone of their voice let Coraline know they were being sarcastic.
"So now that I have been forced awake, what are the plans for today?" She ask before reaching for her blanket that was messily laid on George's bed, she quickly folded it and placed it neatly at the foot of the mattress before straightening out her pillow and walking across the room.
      "Just the usual." George said.
      "Breakfast." Fred added.
      "Pranking."
      "Oh wait George."
"Yes Fred?" George asked turning to look at Fred as Fred turned his head to look at Cora.
"Our letters come today!" Fred stated as his face lit up.
"Oh that's right!" Coraline quickly stopped in your tracks and faced the two with a bright smile. Cora loved receiving her letter, it filled her with so much joy and oh how she adored visiting Diagon Alley right after to get her supplies with the Weasley's.
"But first you need to get ready." George said, "Yeah, you look a mess." Fred added before the two began to laugh as Coraline wrapped her hands around the warm wooden knobs on the dresser in the room, the two always cleared two drawers for her when she stayed at the burrow. Cora usually never had enough clothes or belongings to fill even one of the drawers but she certainly always left with more than she came with, clothes, food, gifts, and whatever else the family members could convince her to take home with her from the stay.
"Have I ever told you both how hilarious you are?" She asked while grabbing a bright red jumper along with some light blue high waisted jeans.
"I'm sure you've mentioned it before." Fred claims.
"Of course you have!" George said with confidence before Coraline shut the drawer and faced the two.
"Well go be hilarious in another room while I make myself not look a mess!!" She shouted before quickly walking towards them. The two of them quickly ran out of the room filling the air with laughter shutting the door behind them.
"You don't look that bad!!" George yelled from the other side of the door before Cora heard a loud crash followed by running footsteps. She began to change her clothes and that's when she could clearly hear Molly yell at the twins downstairs.
"Bloody hell this is the fourth thing you've both broke this week." Ron complained, a soft chuckle escaped Davis' lips as she began to neatly fold the pajamas that were once on her body and shoved them into one of the drawers in the dresser. Coraline walked across the room and yanked open the wooden bedroom door and made her way down the stairs.
"Ooo you both are in trouble." She taunted as she stopped on the third stair up, a smirk washed across her face and the twins playfully glared back at her.
"It wasn't me it was Fred!" Fred said as he began pointing to George.
"No it was George!" George replied pointing back at Fred. Cora rolled her eyes as the two winked at her and Molly turned her head in Coraline's direction, she held up her hands in the air and began laughing.
"Hey I'm innocent I was changing! Also that's George and that is Fred." Coraline blurted pointing at the two, ruining their chance to confuse their mother like they always did.
"She can't tell us apart and she calls herself our mother." Fred says before crossing his arms across his chest and shaking his head, George soon joins in and mimics Fred's actions.
"Oh Coraline dear thank you!" Molly says softly before looking back at the boys with a glare, "Now I don't care who it was that broke it, if you break another thing in this house you will sleep outside!" She scolds as Ginny and Ron attempt to suppress their giggles while standing behind their mother, the twins look at each other and smirk, just as they were about to speak a voice fills the room.
"We're home!!" A warm and welcoming voice that could only belong to the one and only Arthur Weasley, him and Percy now worked from the ministry together, it was still taking her some getting used to now hearing 'We're home!' Instead of 'I'm home!'. Cora always looked forward to seeing the two but more specifically Arthur. She loved talking to him. He always had such odd inquiries about things involving the muggle world and the simplest things that were boring to her entertained and amazed him oh so much, his face would light up brighter than the sun. No conversation with Mr. Weasley was ever dull and nothing made her happier.
"Sit, sit all of you, welcome home my dears!" Molly quickly gave Arthur a peck on the cheek  and Percy one on the forehead as they all gathered around the table, Coraline was placed next to George across from Ron on the corner of the left side of the table, Arthur would sit on the end of the table with Cora and Ron on either side of him. Everyone soon got settled in their seats as Molly filled plates with deliciously home cooked breakfast foods. Usually the Weasley's ate earlier than this, Coraline expected them to have already eaten. Arthur and Percy's plates would be set up on a plate covered over with a big bowl to keep most of the heat contained within the meals and they would eat their food once they got home from work.
"Mom Insisted we wait for you to eat since you decided you needed beauty rest today Coraline." Ron told you before taking a sip of his drink and gingerly placing the glass back down on the table he then began to quickly shovel food in his mouth as Ginny stared at him with a disgusted look across her face.
"Really Ron? Not everyone has gotten their food yet." Ginny muttered.
"I had to wait two more hours than usual to eat because the princess over here was tired." Ron used his fork to gesture at Cora before he dropped it on his plate and waited for the rest of the family to get their food. Coraline childishly stuck her tongue out at him and Ron did the same in return. To the left of Cora she could hear the twins chuckle quietly as Percy let out a hard sigh at the end of the table.
"Well I'm glad you got some extra sleep Cora, it has allowed me to enjoy a meal with my whole family instead of only Percy." Arthur said simply putting emphasis on the word 'Whole.' Before turning his head to face her, "That does include you." He said faintly with a big smile before beginning to eat his meal along with everyone else. It warmed Coraline's heart to no end how included she felt within their family it was as if her last name was actually Weasley instead of Davis.
"Mail!" Everyone heard Percy call from the end of the table, Cora turned her head and watched a Strix nebulosa crash into the closed pane of the window.
"Bloody hell Errol." Ron said with a sigh as he stood up and grabbed the mail from the now confused owl, "Thank you." He said rubbing Errol's head and walking back to the table.
"He is always doing that." Molly said placing her hands on her hips and directing her attention from Errol to Ron.
"Are those our letters?" Fred asked prior to Ron nodding and handing Ginny her letter, he then placed George and Fred's envelopes between the two, finally, Ron handed Coraline her envelope and sat back down in his seat. All of the kids quickly opened their envelopes as the energy in the room became increasingly filled with more excitement. Obviously all of them knew what this meant, they were attending Hogwarts again this year but they all still got just as thrilled receiving their letters. Ron, Ginny, Fred, George, and Cora all opened their letters with smiles spread across their face each extending from ear to ear.
"I always wonder how Dumbledore knows I am here." Coraline said following the statement with a soft laugh.
"You're always here." Percy mumbled before Molly lightly hits his arm and scoffed.
"And we absolutely adore having you dear." Molly says, a voice laced with nurture and safety.
"Well then kids I suppose it is time to get you all ready to go!" Arthur takes a final bite of his food and stands up looking to Molly.
"Of course there is only one place we can get all of your supply's!" The short woman states before lightly crossing her arms over her chest with a soft smirk, the group of kids all looked at each other continued to smile before setting their letters down on the table and quickly rushing to their feet.
"DIAGON ALLEY!!" Ron, Ginny, Fred, George, and Coraline yell as Percy covers his ears and rolls his eyes, they all run from the table and up to their rooms to get ready. Molly, Arthur, and Percy remained downstairs and cleaned up the table along with the kitchen while they waited for them all to get ready and make themselves presentable for the outing. Soon they would be walking down the chilled cobblestone alley that was filled with shops, restaurants, and so many other magical sights, one moment closer to returning back home.
