This is Torrent the SeaWing (@Elktric helped me think of the name).
Torrent is quiet and loves to read. She often likes to find a small deserted island to read Queen Coral's latest scroll. (That's all the backstory I have. If you extend it/make a different one, comment it!)
I have a SeaWing base prepared if you want a full body one of her, I'd love to make one.
