I walk up to my locker to check my phone as my friend, Amber, stops me. "Did you see The Boys new video? Eddie looked good bro."
"Wait they have a new video?! I thought they only posted on Saturdays! I gotta see!" I grab my phone and check the notifications, they did upload.
--authors note: I live in Wisconsin, here it's Saturday, some other places might be Sunday or Friday, idk----
I walk past everyone else getting their things and heading home while watching the video, that's weird that they posted a day early but I isn't think much of it.
I finished the video by the time I got out of the main office doors, my school is big and my locker is all the way on the opposite side of the building. As I get to my bike I press shuffle on my downloaded playlist of music.
---that night---
I lay in bed rewatching the new video, I feel like someone is looking at me through my window. I look out and see nobody.
Weird.
I lay back down looking at the ceiling, even though the video is still playing, I'm spaced out in my own world. What is Gaege noticed me? What if we happen to bump into each other someday? I wonder, then quickly snap out if it. Who am I kidding? Gaege would never notice me! I'm 19, he's 22, whats the use?
I fall asleep in a tangled mess of thoughts.
